This is my kind of place! Lots of dark beers! Porters and stouts were delicious. My favorite was the Calling All Cars. Worth a visit if you are in the area. The Category 3 and 5 IPAs were also very good. Nice bartender and easy to find.

We visited a couple breweries in town on our trip and this one had the best beer. It's a little hard to find (kind of in an industrial area and the parking is behind a long building), but we figured it out. The tasting room is in the brewery and there is plenty of space and seating. You are roped off from the brewhouse which is good for a lot of different reasons. We were there on a Saturday afternoon so it was not particularly busy, but it still had a nice vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful since I got quite a few of the small pours so I could try as many as possible. I can see how this is a fun locals spot. The beer was very good! I liked how they had a bunch of different styles - from the Mexican chocolate porter to the light lager. Between the two of us I think we tried most of the styles they had on at the time. We hope to be back on our next visit to south florida!

We held our son's 30th birthday party at this great brewery. we had over 30 friends and family members attend they are always helpful kind. it's a great place to go. lots of fun lots of games and activities, giant jenga, toss across, boardgames and beers. bring all the food in that you want or they have food trucks provided that you can purchase from. I have been here before but this is my first time hosting a party here. They are laid-back and don't mind if you have all the fun you want I love the combination of people. Collected and everyone gets along children are allowed until 6 PM. All in all a great place to have a fun time at.

Cool warehouse setting. Is Florida finally awakening to the craft beer rage that is prevalent in the real world! Really liked their double IPA. For a moment I thought I was not in Florida and that in itself was wonderful.

We stopped in Due South for some beers on a Saturday night. The brewery has great space. There are two large bars and plenty of seats. There is even a section with games. There were two food trucks outside with some pretty good options. We sampled quite a few beers and enjoyed them all. The best part was the very personable staff that hung out with us to chat. We would definitely recommend for people that enjoy good craft beers.

The bar is located on one side of the brewery. It is cool to look around and see where the yummy beer being sampled is made. Our beertender was new. She wasn't totally knowledgeable about some our questions, but always made time to go get the info and then relay back to us. She said she needed to learn so was glad we were asking questions. All beers were great. Especially liked the caramels, cocoas and chocolates. The Cat 3 and Cat 5 IPA's of course were good.Made for a very enjoyable Friday afternoon.

I'll start by saying that I don't like IPA's and Due South is known for good IPA's. I do like their Honey Wheat, Carmel Cream, and the Rolo. The Rolo isn't on the menu, but they'll know what it is. It's a mix of Espresso Porter and Roasted Cocoa Stout (if I'm not mistaken) and it tastes very much like the candy Rolo. Very cool place to hangout, enjoy with friends. Usually no food there, but a food truck does come during peak eating times. Either bring your own food or be prepared to eat something a little greasy. Cheers!

I tried the Cafe Ole Espresso Porter and loved it while I was in town, and looked up Due South and it was in my travels south to the Fort Lauderdale area. Was happy I was able to stop in and enjoy some samples while I was in town from Eastern North Carolina. No food on premise, but they do have food trucks that show up on certain days and times.

Not your ordinary beer place; but, that is the draw. Craft beer ( Cat 3 & Caramel Creme for us ) on tap, casual, no a/c, except for their air conditioned back bar! Corn hole and free tours...Really cool vibe...my only issue is the beer could be colder out of the tap....food trucks are routine, too.....we like to hang there!

Don't expect a lot of ambiance when you visit. Most of it is in an un- airconditioned warehouse setting. But you will really like the variety if beers brewed right on the premises. There is a smaller AC room in case it get's too hot. Plenty of tables and chairs. On weekends there are food trucks or bring your own food.

I absolutely loved their Florida Blonde and Caramel Creme Ale! The Mexican Standoff is great if you can handle the heat, it was a little too spicy for my taste. They have great food trucks every weekend. May be a bit pricy but very tasty. Overall great atmosphere even without A/C.

This is a small local place that makes great beer. No a/c so dress is very casual. Tours are fun and beers are awesome. They usually have a food truck outside or local places will deliver or you can bring your own.

Despite this brewery being in a cavernous warehouse, the place does have charm. The action and views are all inside, as the brewery is located in an industrial area. When I'm there alone, I belly up to the main bar. When with company, we spread ourselves around one of the many tables. A guided tour of the brewery is available on Saturdays and Sundays at 2 PM for $10. The price includes a flight of four of their beers, which the tour guide selects. I've taken the tour and do recommend it. My favorite brews there have been Coconut Cream Ale, Avery Vanilla Wheat, and Roasted Cocoa Stout. And lately I've latched onto Mexican Standoff Porter, with an ABV topping 8%. Food trucks show up on weekends starting at 5 PM. Never having eaten off them, I can't comment on the food. The atmosphere is pleasant. This is a good place to kick back and sip some tasty suds.

Due South was a brewery with a "brewery" feel. You walk in and walk around the warehouse space to the tasting area. There are some tables, a bar, and then inside another door is another bar. I was not impressed with the service, they pretty much just gave us our beers and that was that. My husband and I each tried 4 tasters. I didn't think the Caramel Creme Ale was that great, it was just average, and the same goes for the Honey Vanilla Wheat. I did however, really like the Peppermint Paddy Stout and the Mexican Standoff Porter. Both were tasty and very flavorful. I wish they had bottles of them because I would have had to get some to take home.
