This place is fantastic for both the kids and the parents. excellent design and plan of the whole playground. nice surrounding garden and great use of space with good equipment. Kids feels safe as well as parents having to enjoy a cup of coffee.

This is a great play area for kids. My child is 3 and there is a play area for the smaller kids, but what I find annoying is the bigger kids come into the smaller kids area with no regard for the littler kids. Best to take kids there when there is not too many people around. There is a bike path, BBQ's, an area to kick a ball around, chess set (only put out at certain times). There is shelter and a shade cover over the play area. It's a small walk to the Botanical gardens and their is a cafe nearby. There are toilets with disabled access and a swing that is wheelchair friendly (but need to get the key from council). I would like to see a water feature that the kids could at in during summer.

Dark, dank, not up kept! Dirty. Too many hiding holes, perfect for someone looking to snatch a child. It's ok for older children 10yrs old and it has a boyish tilt to it (pirate ship feel). Who designed this needs to go have a look at the adventure playground Bathurst. Much better option.

Heaps of equipment under a few shade sails. However, it's all for little kids. Our 10 year old felt it was all too small for her. It needs more shade for parents watching on.

Took our Son, great place for the younger kids to have some fun. Well worth a visit if you want your kids to burn off some energy.

What a great find in Orange! Put it on your list if you visit Orange with kids & let them burn off lots of energy. Bring scooters or bikes along too (if you have them) as the paths are great.

This playground is designed for younger kids not older ones. We took our 11 and 13 year old daughters and they did not enjoy the park as they were too old for the attractions.

This playground is spacious and located right next to the Botanical Gardens and the Patmos Café. There is plenty of things for the kids to do, including a great track if the kids have a scooter or bike, swings, climbing equipment and balance beams. The equipment is interesting and spread out so everyone has space. The best part is that there is a replica smaller set on the other side for the smaller kids. Both my sons were in heaven!

What a wonderful playground for children, and the picnic area was great, lovely to see a lot of young families enjoying the beautiful sunny day

Excellent playground for young and older...BBQ's, clean toilets, area for kids to ride scooters and bikes, botanical garden next door, as is a cafe. And the playground is fun!

My kids love it. Pretty big and impressive playground. Shaded with sitting and picnic area. There's even a cafe. Lots of easy parking. Highly recommended for families with young kids when in Orange, something to help keep them happy and occupied. Enjoy.
