I booked massages for my husband and I thinking it would be a nice, relaxing way to unwind. I was so disappointed. I booked an hour massage for each of us. The therapist showed up more than 10 min after, showed me the room and left me to change. My therapist didn't start until almost 20 after, then finished up at 10 til. It was supposed to be an hour long full body massage. He didn't even finish my back. Maybe that's a good thing because my back hurts so bad now. I'm in more pain now than I was before. My whole back feels bruised and sore. I think he even enjoyed making it painful. Not to mention that he talked the entire time he was massaging my back. I will never go to a Massage Envy again. (BTW, my husband's experience was very similar and he is in more pain now also)

Once you find a good massage therapist, you typically prefer to continue going to them for this service. I know I do! Unfortunately, my girl left after less than a year- but during that time she had taken a leave of absence. They were good about matching me up with someone else, who left after a few months. This company keeps taking your money- if they can't match you up with someone, you can roll over your sessions and bank them. However, if you freeze your membership- you can't used your banked sessions! I am sorry I have a membership-
