This park is about 3 miles away. It is pretty good fun for the money. I wish that they would finally get their water park approved and opened, it would be a HUGE thing for this area! On the downside, the Food is not good and as with most parks it is not cheap.

We've gone several times and will go again. :)Pros: 1.) Decent sized "Gold Rush" soft climb area for young ones. Children over 48" are not permitted in this area, which is GREAT. You can purchase a wrist-band for $3.50 (a la carte) or you can buy the wrist band it in a package deal that includes more of the attractions. Young children enjoy this area for a looooong time before tiring of it.2.) Moon bounces are only operated under staff supervision, for safety. The staff also limit the number of kids who can jump at one time, for safety.3.) For New Market, this place offers a WIDE array of attractions, from Go-Karts (sized for youth and adult), mini-rides for kids, bumper boats, a small (but really fun) roller coaster over 48", outdoor mini-golf, high ropes (in door), and video games.CONS: 1.) As a couple of previous reviewers noted, some of the outdoor attractions will close without notice. Sometimes it is clearly due to weather (for safety reasons). Other times, it seems they close the areas due to light crowd -- and they repurpose the staff for another area.

It's been a few years since my family and I were last here so maybe its changed up a little bit! Last time we went it seemed like there was barely anyone else was there and most of the outdoor rides weren't on.

Adventure Park advertised a Halloween Party on their billboard along Route 70 in Maryland. I was lucky to have my granddaughter that weekend. I purchased tickets online (What a great way to save money). We arrived and got wrist bands. The weather was excellent and all of the outside attractions were up and running. There was all you can eat food. Pretty good too. There were many Disney Characters there. They had a DJ inside playing music. They had dancing and a costume contest. They had the children go trick or treating to all the characters giving out candy. We were there for 3 1/2 hours. My granddaughter had a blast. I enjoyed watching her and all the other children have a blast. It was a wonderful evening and a unique way to celebrate the this holiday. We had been there for the Christmas lights last year and that is also a great evening. I would highly recommend this park to all parents with children.

We recently did my son's 6th birthday party there. This place is awesome! With laser tag, bumper cars, go karts, mini golf, etc there is no shortage of things to do. The roller coaster is pretty good given its age. Go on a weekend in the fall and the lines are short. The food is just so so, so feed your kids in advance. This is like a mini vacation if you live in the DC area. We will definitely go back!

I took seven grandchildren spanning ages 2 through 12, and there truly was something for everyone! I wanted the cousins, some of whom were meeting for the first time, to have a memorable, fun outing with Grandma. For us, the three hour pass was sufficient. We went on a Monday, the lines were short and the children were able to ride their favorites as many times as they liked. Altogether we spent about 5 hours, this extended by riding the go carts first (they don't count against your time) and playing video games. Two adults, seven children, a safe, fun, successful day!

We live in the area and love visiting the park for a game of golf or one of their special events like hero day. Having said that our kids are young and the 3 hrs or all day pass is just not worth it for them because of the limited variety of rides. The indoor playground has quickly lost its initial appeal. I personally find the arcade section to be an attention seeking music blaring nuisance to be avoided at all cost! So it can be fun if you are looking for a fair type of experience but don't expect amusement park quality.

Yes, the park is small, but for the most part the staff was friendly. We also went on 30 Aug 2014 for the special and we were very surprised (it was our first time visit). The greatest value was that non-riders did not have to pay for an entrance to the park! At the time we were there (11:15), ride lines were not long. We thought the food prices were not too bad, and the food we had (pizza, chicken nuggets, funnel cake) was tasty.

We visited this park on August 30, 2014. We are a family of two girls ages 11 and 13. Adventure Park was running an online special for Labor Day Weekend where the all day pass saved us $4 per person. We arrived at 9:45 to be in the park at opening. In reading prior reviews, I read where the people were rude, etc. We did not experience any of this at all. The young lady the took our online tickets was extremely friendly as was everyone else we encountered through out the park. The lines at the go karts take a while because they alternate between the "rookie" drivers and the big karts. Depending on how many employees they have working this ride, it can take them quite a while to get the folks out of one set of cars and into the others. They have room enough at this place to have separate tracks for these cars and I think it would help draw more visitors if they did this. Their laser tag area is real nice being two levels with a lot of things to hide behind. They do laser tag every 15 minutes. This is not a mega park and if you don't go there expecting it to be like a mega park, you won't be disappointed. I would definitely do this park again!

For 1 adult and a 4 year old under 48 inches, it cost 45$ for 2 all day passes with a buy one, get one 50% coupon. Needless to say I left feeling we did not get our money's worth. We rode one ride and it creeked so loud I thought it may fall apart. The mini golf was fun, 2 courses and you can golf all you want with a day pass. My kid was not talk enough for the coaster so we had to skip that. Bumper boats were fun but your will get soaked so bring a change of clothes because they will not let you on other attractions till you dry. The line was long for the go karts so we didn't get to do that. The tea cups were closed. My kid was too scared to do Lazer Tag, but they don't play enough games so you would go to register and they were giving you return times for 2 hours later. My kid liked the indoor playground. 20$ lasted the 2 of us about half an hour in the arcade but many game were broken or only accepted tokens and not the scan cards. There were 4 ticketeater machines and only one was working...not good. The inside bumper cars were fun as well but they are tucked back in the arcade so if you are avoiding the arcade and don't know they are there you may miss them. Overall we will not be making the trek back here from PA anytime soon.

Park has only few rides, but the go carts seem to be the big attraction. Roller coaster was small but fun. We didn't stay long since you can walk round the park in 5 minutes and we didn't eat there. There is no admission fee but rides were pricey: $5 for the small coaster. The pay one price is probably a good deal.

One of the closets place in the area to ride go Karts. Staff of young people are all very nice and friendly. Most of the rides are geared towards kids between 5 and 10. Indoor there is a full Dave and Buster type of arcade with ticket system and prizes. There is indoor rock climbing, rope climbing, laser tag. Great place to spend the day. If you use the water bumper boats, be sure to bring a towel and dry off before going inside!

There is an indoor part with an arcade and games and an outdoor part with some rides, go-karts, and a few more games. We were 2 adults, a 16-year old and a 10-year old, and went mostly to drive the go-karts. We did and they were fun - in good condition, well run and so forth. There are smaller go-karts for kids under a certain weight (as a certain 10-year old is) OR they can ride on the passenger side of the full-size go-kart driven by someone...full-size. The rollercoaster was better than I'd expected - smoother & faster than it looked, with some decent "tummy bumps". This was totally worth part of an afternoon.

Our second visit here. I like the attractions they offer. We were underwhelmed by the less-than-enthusiastic teen employees. And we did have a problem with height. Their measurement poles are not correct. After riding the Wild Cat 6 times throughout the day, then (just one) employee said my son was too short. Even a supervisor was called and denied him. But my child is indeed 48" tall. So bring your own measuring tape bc you might get someone who relies on their poles, which are incorrectly measured. Again, 6 different previous employees allowed him on the coaster, based on the metal pole next to the ride, which differs from the wooden poles, which need to be corrected. Otherwise, fun place.

The Safe and Sane party was fantastic. Your staff was so helpful and very attentive. I would definitely recommend your venue to any senior class looking for a safe, fun night. Adventure Park USA provided an environment that was open, safe and fun for all the kids (and adults). We had a good time too!
