Tried to find Parking for almost an hour. The garage is a death and the employees only yell and threaten people and don't help at all. Left without finding parking. AVOID!!!!!

Have been here a few times and always had fun. If you think your going to get rich instantly then you're out of your mine. If you have some extra money to play with and some not so high expectations on winning the jackpot you can have a good time. There's a good amount of table games and some good eateries. Tons of Tvs and a nice bar if that's your thing.

From the parking garage there is a limit on the number of levels you can park on. Levels 6 & 7 are for the top tier card holders but at best 30% occupied. If you park there like I did one will leave a note stating that they have noted the tag number and will tow the next time u park there because level 7 is for the chairman card holders. Aside from that every time I've been there Ive walked away with $1200-$2500 net gains for the previous 6 times. Secret is to get up and leave. That's when you win. Otherwise it is just entertainment.

We had a great time. The multitude of slot machines were fun to play. The staff were fantastic and the food was delightful.

My wife and I decided to celebrate our ten-year Anniversary at Maryland Live with last minute plans on Saturday. Wow! What a monumental disaster. I have worked in the Casino industry for years and my wife has a background in customer relations and this joint should hire both of us immediately to repair a broken model of incompetency. Parking could not have been worse and the employees, if they could have spoken English, couldn't have been more rude. No one seemed to know what their job function was and information wasn't readily available. After spending two hours driving around a maze called a parking garage we finally opted to park in the adjacent shopping mall. After a modest trek of a mile we found the front door where an employee listened to me explain our fate. He looked at me and said," yes this place is the worse". I loved this joker because at least he understood the place where he worked. It was so crowded with people just standing around I was surprised that the Fire Marshall didn't shut this place down. Customers milled around appearing lost and long lines at the cashier windows created a hostile environment. Finally we had enough and went to try and grab a bite to eat. Fortunately a ray of sunshine was to be found at the Prime Rib. The bar area was all that was available. The noise was a distraction, but the service and food impeccable. We would highly recommend this restaurant though a tad pricey for the area and accommodations. If you are searching for a nice gambling experience avoid Maryland Live. The facility gets a C, the employees a C-minus and the customers a D. Who was the moron that built this place adjacent to a shopping center? Probably the same guy that hired this group of employees!

Do yourself a favor and spend your gambling dollars anywhere but here. Getting out of the parking garage is atrocious. The place is a joke. Never again. Too many other options not to have to deal with this.

I like quarter machines so I was very disappointed. They have opened table games for those card lovers which sadly I am not. I found Rocky Gap Casino to be much better and on a higher scale than this casino.

This is the second weekend in a row that we went to park in the parking garage, and it was ridiculous trying to find an open space. We finally went back down to valet and paid to park last weekend, but managed to have someone pull out of a spot in front of us, this time. What was even worse was trying to get OUT of the garage. It took 45 minutes to get from the 5th floor to the exit. They had 5 floors of traffic routed to a single exit, two lanes down to the 2nd floor, then down to a single lane. It was extremely unsafe, as impatient people were cutting each other off, driving down the wrong lanes to bypass those more patient and courteous, and no casino security people helping direct traffic. We probably won't be back out there on a weekend again.

Parking at Maryland Live is an absolute joke! Employees of the garage just stand around (usually in the way) instead of directing traffic and being informative. Casino area was nice, though a bit warm. Bathrooms were dirty. Beer was $6.00 per bottle and not always cold. When leaving garage we found out there was an accident in the garage and traffic was backed up to the top floor. For hours!!

The casino is very nice. It is head and sholders above the Horseshoe in Baltimore. I, as well as many wonder why there are only a couple of the hot tables, such as texas hold-um and many others that stay empty. Most of the dealers are very good. A beer will cost you 5.00 each, pretty pricey there. They took out many slots, and games to put in a noodle place, and a deli. Not to smart about the deli. I think they would do much better with it with outside access. Ramshead is in the casino, it might be small, from first look, but it is perfect for smaller concerts. If you are hungry. do NOT go to their buffet. the service is horrible, and so is the food. Go into the mall, or to Golden Corral on the outside. still a great casino, they just need a little more work, and a new buffet.

Maryland Live is a great way to spend a weekend! The food is is good, the music is fantastic....to experience Live is to have fun..of course most people go to strike it rich but let's be realistic winning at a casino depends on us getting up but the ratio of free sliot play to rewards cannot be compared...security is courteous they do not treat anyone like they are undesirables they are helpful and pleasant....I have pleasant memories always of LIVE....No one will be one hundred percent happy with a casino but I have been to a lot of casinos all over the country and I can say LIVE is one of the best...Management has trained it's staff well and if you have a problem people like COOPER, SHANIA AND MELANIE ARE there to say how can I help you..Live rewards you if the ATM DOES NOT WORK, If you have problems with your slot play or dinner they send you slot play and an apology.....KEEP THE GOOD WORK UP YOU ARE BEATING THE COMPETION HEADS ABOVE.....JOCEYLINE JAUNDOO..

I did not eat there, but I stayed for a while and played both slots and tables. The dealers were fun and the place was not smokey.

Our experience at this casino was all around terrible. I can't find a single positive thing to say about this establishment. The lines were so horrendous we weren't even able to play. The first line we encountered was at the ATM. Two were broken leaving one open, it took twenty minutes to take out cash. The next line was to get our member card. When we approached this line we should have turned around and left. We waited in this line for nearly an hour only to be greeted by a less than friendly cashier. After this we waited in yet ANOTHER line because the ATM only gave us hundreds versus smaller bills. After this wait we decided to leave. We had to wait in line to use the elevators, about 10 minutes. The security guard manning the line said it would take "one hour to get out of the parking garage." That was upsetting considering how much waiting we'd done already. We were parked on the 7th floor of the parking garage in terrible snow and wind. WE WERE STUCK IN THE PARKING GARAGE FOR 5 HOURS. There are no words to describe how horrible that was. I'm 8 months pregnant, stuck in a car for 5 hours with no food or water. We were forced to leave the car running or freeze. My husband attempted to go get some food while we sat and waited but the elevators were so busy he couldn't get down and when he took the stairs the mall had already closed and the Cheesecake Factory had a long wait. The way they handled this situation was TERRIBLE. And to top it all off when we finally got to the exit of the parking garage (at 1am) we were unable to turn the way we needed to and were yelled at by a parking garage attendant. I can't believe we wasted our time at this place. And I'm so glad we didn't spend a penny at this piece of crap casino. We will NEVER go back and I will be sure everyone knows our experience here!
