If you like baseball, but don't want to spend a fortune, this farm team for the Orioles - the Frederick Keys - is just for you. We saw a few games last season; for the rice of a ticket at the Phillies or Nats, you get a great seat, hot dogs & beer, and an easy walk to & from the parking lot. All that's missing are the overpaid major league players.

It's just fun! Lots of little gimmicks and fun during the games, good (ballpark) food around the stands, comfy seats, friendly people, couldn't ask for better. America!

Come to Harry Grove to shake your car keys for the Frederick Keys, shake hands with Keyote, the team mascot, eat ice cream, clap to upbeat, fun music, and to enjoy some good, pure classic baseball. This is the kind of place that I brag about to my Montgomery County/DC friends. I moved up here from that area for hometown, affordable places like Harry Grove Stadium; to experience baseball games we can all attend without breaking the bank and with FREE parking! Look for coupons in the Valuepaks you get in the mail. Some good deals for baseball games and promotions! I sound like I work for the Frederick Keys (LOL) but I am just sincerely proud and excited about having this kind of activity available to me as I raise my family! Good memories we will always have!

The Keys game is fun and up close. For the kids there are fun activities to include Keyote, a play area and meeting the players. Also there are occasions when they have events, such as the ring search for the ladies and of course fireworks.

My family and I went to watch my dad play here on a team called the Devil Dogs. My crush Michael Ohlman played here on the Frederick Keys before being transferred to AA Bowie Baysox. Unfortunately, the game was not sponsored by the Keys but we still had fun! The stadium is a bit smaller than the Baysox stadium and it has a no alcohol section. I went upstairs to check out the suite area which reminded me of a motel which was cool for a baseball stadium. It's unlikely that I would be able to go for a Keys game because we live so far away. It was a cool stadium and the Devil Dogs won!

Great family entertainment reasonably priced. Section for the kids to play in and very family oriented.

It's a nice stadium for little league games. I remember seeing a pitcher that was playing for the Orioles "sub team" (can't remember the correct terminology) named Ben something, but he was supposed to be the best thing since Sandy Kofax, but fizzled out a few years after making the O's Major League team

A great single-A park right off the highway. Got seats behind the plate for $12 adults and $9 kids. Enjoyed the 50 cent hot dog specials, Brewers Alley and Flying Dog beer stands, the mascot Key-ote, a la carte kids activities (moon bounce, carousel, etc.) in right field, and kids' run-the-bases after the game.

My first time at a Keys game was back on the last day of May 2014 when I took my teenaged son with me. We paid $14.00 for field seating on the day of the game. This is $2.00 extra instead of purchasing tickets in advance. Upon entering the stadium we each grabbed an orange lei to put around our necks to display our support for the local team. We sat in the first row of section 120 on the two end seats. This was a bit intimidating as it was right down the 3rd base line where balls can easily be pulled and line driven right into the stands (us). Thankfully, we didn't have to break out any of our super duper special catching or diving skills, but it did keep us zoned in on every play of the game just in case we did have to react. The lines for refreshments weren't too long. My son enjoyed an $8.00 soda and I had two $8.00 beers. We enjoyed them as we sat and watched our hometown Keys whoop up on the lowly Wilmington Blue Rocks 5-4. The score was closer than the game really was, and it's Wilmington, Delaware not North Carolina. We stuck around afterwards to watch all the kids run around the bases. Keyote, the coyote mascot, stood by 3rd base to give high fives to any kids who wanted one. Watching all the kids was almost as enjoyable as watching the game. If you have a young kid, this is a must do. Now I need to take my youngest to a game so he can enjoy running around afterwards. Finally, after everyone got a chance to run around on the field we were treated to an awesome fireworks display with music to boot. AC/DC's Thunderstruck kicked it off. On the back of your tickets they list the schedule for all the games with fireworks after them. The only ones left this season are scheduled for 8/15, 8/16, 8/29, 8/30, and 8/31.

This stadium may be the perfect minor league park. My wife and I not only saw A great game(to bad the Keys lost ), But plenty of parking good food and beer prices , They did an awsome job with fan interaction. Got A lot of fans to participate in games between innings. We had A great view of the entire field and the fans are as enthusiastic as any major league fans I know. Great job and we will be back to see the Keys play again

There is nothing like baseball in the summertime. This is especially true of the minor leagues. The Frederick Keys are the Class A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. The stadium is a first class facility. The caliber of baseball is very good. The ballpark features the usual amenities and promotions. It was father daughter date night when we went and it was fun. In the minors there is something for everyone from the dyed in the wool to the most casual fan.

I love going to the games and watching baseball games in this kind of setting. Going to a pro stadium is always fun but here you get feel apart of the future of baseball.

If you have never experienced a minor league baseball game, and are in Frederick, MD, go see the Frederick Keys! Affordable tickets, comfortable seats and crowd interaction makes for a great evening. Catch their fireworks show for an extra treat. Cheer on all these amazing players!!

We stayed in downtown Frederick and walked over to the ballgame. The seats were very reasonable and the view was great. Too bad the team did not play well. The fireworks after the game were great! We would definitely go back.

We always enjoy a good Frederick Key's game. There is better than average beer and food at this venue. Tickets are reasonable, and my kid loves the fun zone and running the bases. The kids club is also a great way to see a free game with your kiddo.
