Looking for something to do with bored kids? Take them here- they will LOVE it!!! So much to see and do. Live animals, interactive play etc..

Can't seem to attract kids older than 5 or their parents for anything substantial except special events, for good reason. There's nothing actually educational going on here. Never has been.

We went during the early fall on a nice sunny day. We spent most of our time indoors trying out all of the exhibits and activities. My son was 3 and did everything that they had available for his age group. He loved it. We also spent a lot of time with the bubbles out front. We intended to do some walking but some of the trails were closed. We had a short walk and saw a few of the animals. We'll definitely fo back in the future.

I have been to the Eco Tarium on numerous occasions, and if you are a teacher from MA you can have free admissions with your MTA (Massachusetts Teacher Association) card. And you can often bring a guest for free as well. Outside, there is a great train ride around the facility and live animals, including eagles, my favorite. There are often people demonstrating their trade like carving or some type of art.Inside, there is a great museum store with very reasonable ($$) educational items for sale. The exhibits are unique and unlike others I have seen at other museums.

We take the kids here quite often. The yearly membership is very affordable and it gives you free entrance at the Boston Museum of Science.

We were a party of 2 senior citizens, 2 adults and 2 young adults. It is an okay museum with enough displays and activities to keep children attentive. Although we made the best of it and enjoyed the live animal portion of it, there is not a lot else to interest adults.

There is really not much to see or do at this overpriced museum. It could be so much better. They should also run weekly programs for 4 - 5 year olds instead of once per month...

The last time I was there was in the early 90's then it was known as the Worcester Science Try it's fun

OK for young kids, could be better. We had high expectations from this place, like a science museum.

Well worth the trip. Took my granddaughter here last fall and she really enjoyed the exhibits - many are hands on and interactive. Great experience for school age children.

We didn't know what to expect coming here and were pleasantly surprised. Very cool nature trails and an awesome inside exhibit section. They had bubble making in the front and many animals around to see. Kids had a great time. Would come back.

I have been to the Ecotarium countless times since moving to the area and having children. It is always clean and fun, and the staff members provide great information and interactions for the children. Their story hours are wonderful for the younger children. They just renovated the outdoor space, it is very nice. A great spot that you wouldn't expect in a busy area of Worcester. Well worth the trip if you are coming to the area, or if you live in the area, I highly recommend becoming a member as you can use your membership for reciprocal museums all over new england!

If you have kids under 10 it might be ok, but no so much for anyone older than that. Arrived at 2pm on weekday. Hard to find in remote area of Worcester that has only a tiny direction sign on a street corner . Two seniors and a 12 year old - $28 to get in. Cafeteria was closed by then so no food offered except in vending machines. Attractions were basic but somewhat interesting for young children. Live reptile demo was hard to see with kids crowding around ground-level enclosure. Presentation was not exciting. Was fortunate to get on 4 pm 'canopy walk' - $30 extra for the three of us. Pretty disappointing. The two rope/board 'walks' were each about 20 yards long, ending at a platform where you could do a 5 second zipline 600 feet straight down to the ground. It took longer to get into our harness and adjust our safety helmet than to do the entire time in the trees. The whole experience was pretty disappointing and not worth it.

Great place for kids but boring for adults. There are probably 20 live animals and 50 stuffed ones. Stuffed animal windows need cleaning some artifacts are broken. Fun for kids i guess.
