We found this place while looking for wheelchair accessible trails in the Concord area. The Dike trail (1.5 miles?) is wheelchair accessible - flat, wide, and well packed. We took a section of the Edge Trail at one point, and that was not wheelchair accessible - many tree roots, rocks, and at some points steps. We went in the fall, enjoyed the foliage, and didn't have to deal with any of the bugs that people mention. You are supposed to pay a fee at the parking lot, but with an access pass from the National Park Service, the fee is waived.
