Sunset cruise outside Scituate Harbor on a beautiful summer evening... What's not to love? Our trip was slow and steady and the breeze offered more comfort than propulsion but this is not an Americas Cup sail. The genial captain and crew offered as much information and narration as was needed and allowed our group to enjoy the soft swells, the libations, and each other's company. This is an attraction you won't be disappointed in whether the weather is calm or dramatic. A great option for any age.

We went out for a late afternoon sail--2 hours was a perfect time. Nice to experience being on the water in a friendly atmosphere. Crew was very kind and accommadating. Would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the water to see Scituate from this perspective!

We went for Father's Day. Nice wind and a great time. The crew is friendly and knowledgeable. One member played Irish music on the violin. They let the kids (and adults) steer the boat for a while, which was a thrill for them. Highly recommend it. They serve beer and wine.

OK. So, you don't own a boat but you want to feel the salty mist and watch the sun go down gloriously over a beautiful Coastal village and the moon rise over the sea! You can do that! Choose a family night, or dessert night: specialty cruises suited to your tastes. The Schooner is a refurbished Oyster boat and the crew is capable and entertaining. A couple of hours later, you'll be delivered to the dock feeling like you've been on vacation for a week.The dessert cruise (with plenty of yummy treats from White's Bakery) was a birthday present from my husband, and it was a perfect way to celebrate. There was another birthday girl on board - and she had NEVER been on a boat before.
