Arkansas Music Pavilion. My only thought - why would you put a music venue right next to the busiest interstate in the area? Road noise totally heard during performances. I would definitely pass on this venue.

Wonderful outdoor experience. Smaller than most outside venues so good visuals anywhere. Most parking is free, but some of the lots you will have to walk a ways. But saving money on parking is worth it. There is a sound issue on Sections C and D Even only. You can pick up highway noise like tractors and motorcycles. These sections are closest to the main highway. Do not buy tickets in these two sections. They hope to improve this in the future. All other sections and lawn seating do not seem effected and in fact have great sound with no distractions from outside noise.

Well that's what my wife was thinking after we stood for 5 hours for front row stage. Great place and super price for big name concerts. But bring money as beer and concessions are pricey. Bathrooms are long lines and forget about bringing a water bottle and looking for a refill. But hey at least Tim shook my hand before we touched my wife's...bragging rights.

I didn't get to many concerts as a teen but have seen several now that this is in. Decent parking, high priced food and beverages like any other venue of this type. Alison Krauss, Willie Nelson, Boston Foreigner, Steely Dan, Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw, Steve Martin, and Santana to name most. Reasonable pricing, good seating, open air so it can get hot in the summer. For us Boomers, it is great. Some of the younger set is calling it The Gramps since the old groups that are coming through but I like it.

We saw Ron White - it was a great show! I felt like the view would have been good from the majority of the seats!

We got to see Darius Rucker in his recent visit to Northwest Arkansas and we so enjoyed the set up! Casual, outdoors fun entetainment venue. Prices vary based on your seating and drink and food booths are everywhere. Prices for food/drink comparable to any other trapped audience. But a fun time! Enjoy, Rick

I have spent 20 years driving 3+ hours to concerts, so I am glad to finally have a venue in NWA that may draw some of the names we want to see. That being said, the concert we saw was general admission, and we wanted to sit, which made me realize how many box seats there are. Since the front section was pit-style, the seats behind the boxes seem kind of far away, but closer than the lawn, so I shouldn't complain. Main tip would be to understand what you are getting into for your particular show.

you choose your seat wisely. Have been to 3 concerts this inaugural season. As an over 60 patron, I'll not sit on the lawn again as we did for the sold out Tim McGraw event. Way too many tickets were sold, there wasn't enough room for well over 500 to have anywhere to sit, and too much drinking on the lawn which caused bumping and stumbling as folks worked their way to the aisles for more beer or bathrooms. Any seat would be worth the extra expense.

The Walmart AMP isn't a large facility, but very easy to get to with lots of parking available, some free and some pay-to-park, and restaurants are close by. A portion of the AMP is under a roof with reserved seating that is a little cramped and portion is in the open with ground seating. Plenty of restrooms available, a few kiosks to by beer, snacks, and souvenirs. Two complaints about the venue: First, everyone, those with tickets and those purchasing tickets, have to stand in a huge, long line together going down the sidewalk and along the road before the gates open up. Probably easier to show up 30 minutes before the show and just walk in.The second complaint, and my biggest, is the ticket sales. The organization that sales the tickets breaks down a LOT and even as you are paying on line for tickets, you may be shoved well back to the end of the line so you have to do the process all over and you WILL NOT get your original seats. Along with this, the ticket sales have NO customer service and getting them to answer the phone is impossible. This part of the venue is shoddy and amateurish at best.

we have been to 3 concerts since they opened and have enjoyed them all. Getting In and out of parking lots very easy and convenient. My only suggestion would be to have 2 lines form before the gates open. One for lawn seating and the other for assigned seats. Line gets very long before they actually open up.

The amp is amazing! Everything is there! They have plenty of restrooms; lots of concession; and merchandise you can buy. The Jake Owen concert rocked! We sat in the lawn wich had plenty of room. They have a seat section for higher money and a lawn section for less money. Very good sound and you could surprisingly see the singer well. This is the best place ever!

This is a great venue, when the weather is nice. If it's slightly cold and there is wind, it's like a wind tunnel right into the lawn seats. The concerts have been great but the venue honestly is a bit small for how large the NWA area is now.

Have been to two concerts here just this month. Seating is great. We sat in the grass first time and seats the second. Recommend either but the grass area does tend to be cheaper. Besure and take a blanket to sit on

Saw Boston in August 2014. This is a very nice venue. It feels new and well kept. Parking wasn't the best but we were warned beforehand that it was a hassle. We paid $10 to park in hotel parking lot. It is worth it.We sat in the lawn area. Bring a blanket and camp out a spot. We set along the fence which allowed us to lean back on it. Being able to stretch out was so nice! Some people had leg-less chairs which is a great idea. The sound quality was perfect. Some of the best sound I have heard in the ~50 concerts I've been to. The large video screens were very impressive. Great color, high resolution, and HUGE.There is no shortage of food, beer, or restrooms. There are vending areas on top and bottom and both sides. The ONLY negative I have is whoever was in charge of the stage video feeds. Sitting back in the lawn you have to rely on the video screens to really see what's going on. The screens would change incessantly every two seconds (and sometimes faster). Trying to watch a guitar solo but having the video jump back and forth between the screens with every bass drum hit was INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING! Seriously. Whoever did this needs a swift kick in the rear. It was clear that the guy was jamming out while hitting the camera buttons. Simply not changing the feeds would've made the experience so much better.

I attended a concert last weekend then a work event last week at the Amp. The seats under the canopy are roomy, and there are good views from all seats. I'm not sure that I would want to buy the close seats though since they use folding chairs in the front sections. Also, although there were quite a few on the hill for the Boston concert, it didn't look comfortable to me.Te parking is a bit strange, but mainly because you have to walk around everything to get to the box office. Plan for enough time before your event.
