I surprised my son with a guided bow fishing trip. He was ecstatic. Our guide, Del was absolutely fabulous. My son, his friend, & I enjoyed every minute. This was a birthday present he will never forget.

Grew up waterskiing and fishing on this lake and had not been back in 42 years! Amazed that it was still as pristine! Split our time between Lighthouse Point cabin and then 3 nights on a houseboat. Thanks to all of the staff and crew as it was a fabulous week. The most beautiful body of water, great fishing on the White River with guide Jackie Due, and an amazing three days on a houseboat enjoying the water and watching the wildlife. Total relaxation!

I’m writing to make all visitors to this dock aware of a situation that occurred on August 26th, at approximately 3:15 to 4:15 p.m. at the Marina. A friend and myself drove to this Marina at the approximately 2 to 3 mile mark by the Dam to get fuel in our two sea doo waverunners. We purchased $92 in fuel and we’re certain we gave the attendant, a young man in his early 20’s, five, twenty dollar bills to cover the cost of the fuel and a tip. We then idled just outside the no wake area and jumped in to cool off. This attendant drove a work boat out to us and said, “you only gave me four, twenty dollar bills and my boss told me to go get it” meaning another twenty dollar bill. Needless to say, this should have been confirmed when he took our money on the dock at the point of sale. I’m writing this to make sure this doesn’t happen to other customers visiting this marina. GET A RECIEPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DOCK! We will probably not come back to this marina since we’re confident we were scammed out of an additional $20. Again the point is, the attendant should have known at the time the money was given to him whether or not there was enough to pay for the $92 in fuel. The 125 Marina and the Diamond City marina are two great other options. Heads up folks.

Rented a houseboat on Bull Shoals Lake with my wife to celebrate our 35th. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and ready for us on arrival. Chris showed us how everything worked on the boat and checked out my boating skills and gave me the ok. The boats are old and well used but very comfortable and functional. Only problem was starting the grill but when we went back to the dock the crew there showed me what I was doing wrong. We spend three days on the water and it was heavenly, even when the rains came pouring down for 3+ hours. Spent the first two nights alone and the last night were joined by three more couples (the boat sleeps up to 10 but it would be quite crowded). Bull Shoals Lake is huge and has lots of places to explore. Worst part of the trip was the large gas bill but that is to be expected for moving a house many miles on the water. Would definitely go back and use Bull Shoals Boat Dock again!

If you're planning to do anything on Bull Shoals Lake, this is the place you need to go! We went on the evening lake cruise and met here as the departure point. They have everything from boat and gear rentals to tickets for events. Staff were not the friendliest, but there was always someone available for help.

I know things get busy but basic courtesy isn't that hard. Depending on who is working its hit and miss with this place.

Sat on the dock and relaxed for a couple hours. Only a few boats on the lake. There was also a small sand beach for kids to hang out at. Many camping sites up the hill.

We recently returned from our trip to Bull Shoals. Our first night was spent in the Lighthouse, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. But none of that matters once you see the view!!!! The following morning we got on our houseboat, and after our driving/docking lesson from Kevin, off we went. I've never been on a houseboat before, but I can tell you I will definitely go again! This really is a trip you must experience to fully know how fun and relaxing it can be. The water was wonderful and so clear you could see I'd say a good 15-20 ft, if not more. The staff was awesome. They answered any questions we had, and believe me, when your trying to arrange a trip where half the group is coming from Texas and the other half from Wisconsin...you call with questions frequently!! We rented a 50 ft boat, it wasn't new by any stretch, but I wouldn't hesitate to rent the same boat again. It fulfilled everything we were looking for. If you want more space and upgrades then spend the extra $ for the 60ft. I can't express how great this vacation was, and the staff at Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock deserve much of the credit. We are already trying to determine when our next trip there will be. See you soon guys......

We have rented boats from this dock 3 times and every time it is an excellent experience. The first 2 times we got a pontoon and spent the whole day out on the lake. This year we made a last minute decision so we rented the only boat left - it was a combo fishing and ski boat. The pontoons are perfect for a day on the lake with a canopy to manage your sun time and some even have a portable toilet. The seats are very comfortable and anyone can drive the pontoon after the 15 minute review with the dock staff. The fishing/ski boat was a different beast but we still had a blast and it had some get up and go. We did get over-done in the sun with no canopy but it was worth it! Three middle-aged women taking up boating all thanks to Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock staff - they make you feel comfortable before you head out and are there waiting when you try to steer back to the dock. This whole team is great at what they do - thanks!

Just returned from a week on Bull Shoals Lake in beautiful Arkansas. We rented a houseboat from Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock. It was awesome, the boat slept all 8 of us very comfortable and was very clean and well stocked with dishes, pot and pans, etc. The folks at the boat dock were very wonderful people, friendly and helpfully every time we came in off the lake they were right there to refuel, empty trash and make sure we had everything we needed. I can not say enough about this company and the wonderful folks who run it. This was our first trip to Bull Shoals Lake and you can bet we will be back.. Thank You guys for the best vacation in a long time, see you again soon

Went with a friend for 3 days full guiding! 2 days on the river and one on the lake. Had a lot of fish and fun with the guides (Del!). The only bad thing was that we didn't stay longer.....what a great trip!

My third year staying at Lighthouse Point cabins and renting a Ranger fishing boat from Bull Shoals Boat Dock Marina. We stay for a week & it is great place for fisherman. The staff at the boat dock are friendly and will do whatever they can to help. The boats run will, have livewells and trolling motors. The cabins are comfortable with a small kitchen. For fisherman there is a large chest freezer at the main house all guest can use to store their catch. We'll see you there next summer.

After several other house boating trips in California we decided to try Bull Shoals in connection with a family event in Arkansas and our 35th wedding anniversary. What a lucky coincidence! The Eastwolds run a business dedicated to ensuring their customers have the absolute best time possible. We were allowed to board early and found the equipment fully met our expectations. We had some minor trouble with the engine the first night and they came to our anchorage and fixed it while we were out fishing. Each time we visited the docks for supplies etc. we were greeted with huge smiles and super helpful folks. After several days with no fish in the creel, Kevin even offered to take us out and show us some spots to fish. With so many options for tying up, there is no way one could see all of this place in just a few days. We concentrated on the "Sisters" this trip and will be back to enjoy even more of this fantastic getaway. Did I mention that even with the additional bass boat we spent less than half of what we are used to paying for a week long house boat trip? This is the best value I have found for this type of vacation. Well done Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock!
