The lake is beautiful and there is an area in the city where you walk around and enjoy watching all the ducks and see the fisherman on the water.

The fact that this lake is huge I went there the day after Christmas and left the day before newyears. The only thing I didn't like was that I did not have enough money to buy a lake front home YET.

I'm not a fisherman but a weekend on this lake made me think I was one, if only for a few days. It's a picturesque setting and the people all seemed very friendly, just be careful to make sure you know whether or not they like Alabama or Auburn.Roll Tide!

A great place to relax on the shore or on a boat. Wonderful scenery along the shoreline of Lake Guntersville on the Tennessee River system. Good fishing and swimming all year long.

Great for any water sport or just for sitting and enjoying a sunrise or sunset. We're at the marina and enjoy watching skiers, tubers, fisherman, and just pontoon-boat cruising around.

Fishing, Canoeing, Pontoons, etc!!! An outdoor Mans dream getaway! Just bring your fishing pole, SPF and Off bug spray and spend the day!

Every time I fish G-ville I catch my next biggest fish. I almost had that this time with my 7.17lb largemouth bass. Large open water though gets choppy with the wind.
