Jerry will take good care of you. These people are professional and experts in their line of work and will make sure you are safe on their snowmobiles.

The van used was not easy to get in and out. We did ok, but I could see how others might have an issue. I would have preferred a small bus like other companies for ease getting off and on. The widows are low so it makes it harder to see especially if you are tall. Our guide as ok, but could have been better.

These guys were helpful when we arrived to get our gear, but when we showed up hours before we were due back, because our kids had had it, they totally ignored us. And they didn't offer us any discounts.

Great Snowcoach tour, in large part due to our extremely knowledgable guide, Mindy. Her knowledge of the Park, its history, science, sights and lore was impressive. Thought the tracked vehicles would be more fun, but in the end, the oversize tire option is better. Would definitely recommend

Rented SM with a Group of 8 everyone had ridden here but me. So we did not need a Guide but if you have never been SM in the area it is nice just following people so you can enjoy and not read maps all day. I would also suggest renting there suits and gear, I wasn't happy of the thought of wearing rented gear but would have froze if not ( plus you have cloths on underneath).

The rubber tracts and window rattle were a little noisy. Next time we'll try the new tire coaches. Mickey really went above and beyond to find stuff for us to see. Lots of cool stories to personalize our adventure.

Very organized staff, very knowledgeable and we would highly recommend Mindy as your guide through the park. She was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. We had a freattime! They provide whatever attire you might need and advice to enjoy your day and don't gouge you on price! Big fun!

I have been on snowmobiles numerous times and on a paid tour in Colorado approx. 2 years ago. This tour was, by far, the best I have ever had (snowmobile or not)! Mindi was our guide and she was great! She was very professional and a lot of fun to be around. She was very well educated about the tour topics and was very friendly. She shared lots of great info throughout the tour. Her knowledge of the system and the environment made for a wonderful experience. The sleds were top notch and incredibly comfortable for an all day ride. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks to the management and the workforce. Superb experience!! Kelly

We took a group of 8 on a guided trip in Yellowstone in Feb 2015. Bron took us to Canyon, Old Faithful, Gibbon Falls, etc and we saw geyers, bobcat, elk, bison, coyotes, and even bald eagles. He was super easy going and gave us quite a bit of flexibility on the places we stopped. He was a wealth of information about the park since he grew up in West Yellowstone so we really enjoyed having him as our personal tour guide. The sleds were fantastic Ski-Doos. Rear view mirrors, stable, very comfortable, and looked brand new. All in all, it was a great day. We covered 121 miles and have incredible memories of the Winter Wonderland that is YNP. If you are thinking of booking a guided tour, pick Back Country, and ask for Bron. If you love wildlife and the outdoors, it will be one of the best days of your life.

Was joining friends who had their own sleds for a few days of snowmobiling around West Yellowstone so I rented one here. Pricing was as reasonable as I found in W Yellowstone. Jerry & his staff were efficient, friendly, and set me up with a Polaris Indy 600. It performed so well that I kept the same unit for all 3 days. Surrounding area is beautiful. Trails had a lot of variety. Can't comment on their guided tours as I was riding with friends.

Very nice/helpful guides and beautiful trip. We went the 1st week of winter visits, so there was limited snow, no fault of anyone's. Still were able to see lots of animals, opportunity for great photos, and guides tried to fit our individual desires as far as stops. Pricey but worth it!

This was our first time in Yellowstone and it was incredible!!! We saw so many bison, elk, coyotes, two bald eagles, and a raven. We saw many geysers, cascades, and eventually made our way to Old Faithful. It was the most amazing trip we have ever taken. The staff at Back Country was super friendly and our tour guide Mickey was fun and very informative.

My first trip to Yellowstone was one I will never forget! Mindy Morris was one of the BEST tour guides I have ever had. She was very nice, very courteous, and most importantly, very knowledgeable about the entire tour and the geography. The snowmobiles and all other equipment used in the tour was top-notch. I am very blessed to have had the opportunity to see the beauty of Yellowstone today. I hope I get the opportunity to visit again. If I do indeed get that opportunity, I certainly plan to call on Mindy and her team at Back Country Adventures!Thank you, Mindy, for an amazing day of touring Yellowstone!

As part of our Yellowstone Experience, we wanted to do a snowcoach trip through the park. We chose Back Country for our trip and were totally satisfied. There were twelve of us in our family group so we had the coach all to ourselves. Back Country was trying out some new BIG FAT tires so the ride was very enjoyable. Pierre, our driver, was knowledgeable and friendly. He shared many stories and facts about the park. In the afternoon on the way back to West, we had an up front and personal experience with BUFFALO as they had decided to walk down the highway! It was fun and we, of course, got some amazing videos of the buffalo right beside the van! Highly recommend Back Country Adventures for your Yellowstone Tour as well as Pierre!
