Great place to rent for venues. Very accommodating and nice to work with. They have room for large or small gatherings.

The outside of the museum is beautiful, but most of the inside is used for storage. This museum displays mostly modern art. The photography section was nice. Admission was free the day I went.

My favorites were Cells and Orbs: Sketchbook Drawings and Related Works by Julia Becker - colorful prints from her sketchbooks. Also the memorial Three-Thousand and Counting about US casualties in the mideast.Art museums are kinda lost on me (I jogged thru The Louvre) but I like this old school building and cruised thru in 10 minutes. The price is right - FREE - and it's easy to find & park so ya might swing by if you have extra time.

Most definitely worth the visit. It's another type of art to love. It's housed in an old high school and it's worth the visit to see the building as well as the great art.

Really great museum housed in an historical landmark (beautiful old school). They have ever-changing exhibits featuring some very interesting modern pieces.Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

It's really cool to find a serious art museum in the middle of Montana. Definitely worth a visit if you are into art.

I always like to visit the Paris Gibson Museum of Art. My number one reason to visit is the building. I love that they did not allow the beautiful high school building to fall into disrepair and have converted it into a public space for all to enjoy. There were 2 exhibits open the day we visited, but there was lots of student work downstairs. The real attraction to me is the grill work on the air vents, the functional radiators, and the slate (yes real slate) writing boards that are still in use. There is a memorial for the veterans who died in action in Iraq that is done in aluminium foil that is sort of a reminder that even tragic loss of life can be commemorated in a tasteful and beautiful commemorative display of art.

I found the building more interesting than the art. The museum is in the original high school for Great Falls. A few interesting peaces but just average overall. The price is right.

I really love this place. They start with an amazing building, and go on from there. I am never disapointed. The exhibits are always thought provoking and emotions run wild with me when I look at the pieces. And it's FREE!

PGSMOA is a fabulous contemporary art museum in Great Falls that also host wonderful events including artist receptions and talks, art and art craft classes and workshops, dancing/yoga/martial arts, gardens, public space, artist studios, etc. It is a great destination any time of year.

I really am thankful that they have had sponsorships in the last couple of years so that anyone can stop by a view the exhibits without having to pay a fee. Some of the art is unusual, and it's nice that it changes on a regular basis.

PGSM is a beautiful, ever changing museum with an excellent cafeteria
