Definitely go to the Assembly Plant Tour before heading here to appreciate the many years of Corvette design.

Our trip to the National Corvette Museum was a great experience. This museum is a jewel in the crown of things to see in the entire state of Kentucky. It is such an impressive facility. What makes it extra special is that it is located next to the GM Corvette plant! Wow! Bowling Green owns corvette interest! With the new addition to the museum, it has even more things to see.

We went to Bowling Green after the museum was open to the public following the sink hole swallowing 8 corvettes on loan to display. It was an awesome trip to see the sinkhole up close and to actually see the corvettes that they were able to retrieve.

This is an all day adventure if you take your time. Don't miss all the details by passing up the exhibits too quickly. They even had a kid friendly section.

This was a cool stop. Only 2 hours from Louisville. When you walk in the door there are cars lined up. These are actually Corvettes that people have bought and are at the museum to accept delivery. Interesting thing to see.It is only 10 dollars to get into the museum and there is a lot of history in all the cars they have in the exhibits. It's a self guided tour. When you get to the end they have on display the cars that were pulled out of the sink hole. I guess they are planning on restoring them, but they do look really banged up.

A number of us started out from Milwaukee and gathered at a Chevy Dealer in Beloit. We then continued towards Bowling Green Ky, picking up other Corvette owners along the way. We paid our respects to the 7 Corvettes that were "swallowed" up by the sinkhole. I, myself, got to meet we other Club "Ambassaders . As always a trip tp the NCM and the production facility should be on the "bucket list" of every corvette owner!!

We are sorry you are disappointed with the number of Corvettes on display. Currently there are 34 cars in the exhibit area, and 14 in the lobby for a total of 48 Corvettes visitors can see. Once Skydome construction is complete in July we will be back up to our normal display number of 70-80 Corvettes. We hope you will plan to visit again in the future to see the updates!

Great museum particularly if you are a car fanatic. Very reasonable entry price. Everything was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well presented. A good combination of film show, historic exhibits in context, memorabilia, and of course the cars themselves. Some of the cars on display are newly purchased awaiting collection by their owners- an interesting addition to the usual museum format. The sink hole- 8 cars fell into it a year ago -adds a little extra interest. Staff were very courteous and friendly. We had the daily special in the cafe for lunch- tasty and good value.

I have had corvettes since I was in my 20's so I very much enjoyed the corvette museum. Took my grandson with us and he likes corvettes too. Mainly went to see the sinkhole and the corvettes that were ruined because of it. What a shame, very sad to see them so damaged.

Really enjoyable collection of cars and history of the Corvette. We got our pictures taken in front of a green screen which put us in the seat of a variety of Corvettes. It was a novel souvenir to take home.

A wonderful tour through the history of the corvette. They honor those behind creating the corvette. From designers to manufacturing. They show the racing history. They also show what happened when the sinkhole pulled in the classic cars. Some they could save & others they couldn't. Plus there was a display on asteroids which we were confused as to why it was there. But it was very nice display, very educational. They have a section where people come to pick up their new car and get vip treatment.

This museum was nice but under renovations so part of it not open to the public. They did only charge us half the admission price so that was nice, $5 each instead of $10. Would like to go again when renovations are complete.

The famous sink hole is now filled, but you can see the Corvettes that fell in with the sink hole.Be sure to visit the Corvette Museum Gift Shop and Restaurant. I live here in Bowling Green, KYand the Corvette Museum is one of our most popular attractions.

My tour group of longtime Wisconsin farmers, none of whom has ever owned a Corvette, and I thoroughly enjoyed our Corvette Museum visit. We were there on the first anniversary of the sink hole and expected the place to be overrun with tourists. That did not happen, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We visited before our Corvette assembly plant tour and then went back for a continuation of our museum visit. If you have any appreciation for any kind of automobile you should visit Corvette.

If you are a Corvette fan, you must check out the museum. But be prepared to pay to see those beauties and a big hole in the ground! The cafe is really good, too. You can see a few Corvettes, eat at the cafe, and shop for a nice outing, too! Not too mention Bowling Green has a lot to do and plenty of places to stay and eat!
