Thank you for your post and THANK YOU for pointing out some issues that I will be addressing with the cave guides. Sorry that you were not satisfied with your cave tour. From the sounds of it you went into Cascade Cave. Cascade is one of our most popular cave tours. I really don't understand why a guide woul rush you through this tour as this time of the year ther is not a huge demand for cave tours even though they tend to be warmer on the inside than what we are experiencing on the outside this time of the year. Again I will address your concerns with that department and again I will apologize for your experience. Hopefully you can return someday and enjoy the other caves we have to offer as well.

What a great experience you had on your cave tour! Thank you so much for sharing this post and for visiting our park. So glad that the employee went the extra step to make your daughter feel comfortable with going on the cave tour.Thank you again for your post and most of all your visit. THANK YOU so much for taking the time to not only post about your stay with but staying with us as well. Your right this time of the year traffic is way down and the lodge is lot more quieter and relaxing, especially when we have a nice fire going in the fireplace.Correct this time of the year it is best to call ahead to make sure we are open especially if your traveling early week.

It puzzles me that you stayed in July according to your post and you were not able to find our other activities. As July every facility on the park is open. Including our pool, mini golf, horseback riding, and planned recreation activities daily. Our Welcome Center and front desk at the lodge always has a list of activities going on at the time. Sorry that yiou did not find the other activities but i can assure you that in July there is always something going on. Now this time of the year (November to March) many of our activities have closed for the summer.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your stay. Feedback such as yours helps us more than you will ever realizae. Our campground is indeed crowded on the weekends, thats a testament to the park and its activities it has to offer. Yes our shower facilities get heavy usage and we strive our best to keep them maintained. Thanks to your posting I have advised our maintenance staff to check all drains in our shower facilities. We are currently getting one bath house upgraded and hope to get the other one done as well.Once again thank you for your feedback and we hope to serve you again someday.
