elizabeth lane oliver center for the arts

The Elizabeth Lane Oliver Art Center is an amazing place to visit. They have wonderful exhibits, classes, a gift shop and informed and friendly staff. The building in on the water and is a covered coast guard station.

This is a little hard to find if you've never been in Frankfort, Michigan (not Kentucky!), but well worth it. It's located on the same road as the Harbor Lights condominiums. Old Coast Guard station that was recently turned into a beautiful center for the arts. Stop in to see their rotating galleries of local art (much of it for sale). Check out their yoga classes, art workshops and cooking school. Also a great venue for a special event.
