The Sag Hollow Golf Club was built on reclaimed mine land and it's a truly beautiful course. I never would've guessed that this was reclaimed mine land, but once seeing it I was very impressed. The owner said that people come from everywhere to play the course and I'd highly recommend it. I didn't get a chance to play it, but it seemed like a very relaxing 9 holes. If you're visiting natural bridge or red river gorge I'd highly recommend this course.

This golf course has a great layout and a helpful and friendly staff. We were able to take a golf cart out and explore the course, which is an opportunity that you don't want to miss! The course has two beautiful ponds and they maintain their golf green meticulously, I was partially convinced that it was AstroTurf for some time. All of you golfers out there, be sure to swing by and give this place a try. I would call it a hole-in-one!

Very impressive setting in the area, as it stands out in the county of Owsley. I was surprised to see golfers from Whitesburg too however it holds all the facilities a golfer needs, I highly recommend to anybody visiting the region.

This is an excellent Golf Course Club. I was not expecting such a lovely golf course as this one! When we arrived at the club house there were a bunch of golf carts sitting in front of the cabin. The cabin was absolutely beautiful on the outside. They also have little snacks that can be bought inside the clubhouse. Went on a tour of golf course on a golf cart and loved the golf carts, course, and just simply the scenery. It was a lot bigger than I expected. They have beautiful ponds that decorate the golf course. There is flat and hilly land. This is a really nice establishment and if you golf and your nearby you should check this place out!

Six years ago a group of volunteer created a community development project in Owsley County. They created the Sag Hollow Golf Course. For a convenient and reasonable price, golf lovers and learners can golf nine holes. Also here, high schools have their golfing matches. For those in the local school system that want to learn how to play golf, they can have personal golf lessons for twenty dollars. Inside the shop, you can sit in the deck and enjoy the view or you can go inside and lounge as you enjoy a tasty treat that is sold inside the shop.If you enjoy the game of golf and you want to do it in a quiet location, Sag Hollow is the place for you. You can even bring our family along to enjoy the game and even learn more about the sport.

The golf course is absolutely beautiful and the clubhouse ain't bad either! The clubhouse has a rustic wooden décor. The actual course itself is very serene and gorgeous. It is truly fantastic when you can enjoy a game of golf surrounded by the wondrous Appalachian Mountains. Currently they have 9 holes but they are looking to add on more. This is a nice place for tournaments with friends or local high schools matches and they do offer lessons for $20 an hour. Great price!
