MargaretI'm really sorry that you feel that you were poorly treated when you spoke to me the week of September 21st. Our Groupon Fly & Dine vouchers expired on Saturday September 27th for safety reasons. Sunset comes early the last couple weeks of September. It is extremely dangerous to land a seaplane on the water in the dark after a dinner flight. Our dinner flights are extremely popular and were completely booked the last week of September due to their expiration date and fall foliage in the area. It's unfortunate that you waited so long to make a reservation with us. Since all of our dinner flights were full, I tried to offer you a similar flight. You declined my offer and the only other option would be a refund through Groupon.

We have a gorgeous area up here in Rangeley so why not get up in the sky and see it all at once. Our guests to Rangeley absolutely love Acadian Seaplanes and their service. You can choose to go on a quick tour of the village zone or enjoy a Fly & Dine trip which includes leaving Rangeley Lake, flying over the region looking for moose or foliage, landing on Aziscohos Lake for a dinner at Bosebuck Camps, then a flight back to Rangeley Lake. It is one of the most popular trips of our guests. Oh and they also have helicopter tours if you would prefer. Definitely not to be missed whether you are new to the region or a local, get up in the air over the region to see what it all looks like. Stunning!

Our first time in a helicopter and Keith made us feel very comfortable. The views were amazing. We didn't see the Bull Moose we were looking for, but we saw several cows and a few calves. We found out that I am a better moose spotter than my husband! Keith shared alot about the area as he pointed out various points of interests to us. If you have the time take a flight and let Keith show you the views you can't see from the road.

My husband and I had the most wonderful helicopter and seaplane "fly and dine" trip last evening. Keith literally went out of his way to ensure that we had a most memorable experience. We cannot thank both Keith and Sawyer enough for a truly wonderful evening! Highly recommend this great company!!

Rangeley and the surrounding area is fantastically beautiful, and there is no better way to take in the gorgeous scenery than from the air. Acadian Seaplanes offers both seaplane and helicopter tours. Proprietor/Pilot Keith Deschambeault is a great "air tour guide". This summer, I had 2 rides in his seaplane, and 2 in his Robinson R-44 helicopter. I love to fly, and over the last two summers, Keith has taken me places that you just can't see from the ground. I highly recommend Keith and Acadian Seaplanes to anyone who might be visiting the Rangeley area in the future.

We had the most amazing experience with acadian seaplanes! Sawyer was our guide and he was awesome! He made sure our experience was once in a lifetime. He was caring and compassionate to our "nerves" and went out of his way to point out all the beautiful scenery, including the moose!!!! Thanks again for this lifetime experience and memory!

Very nice seaplane tour. Wanted more than the minimum sightseeing tour, but less than the next tour in the brochure: Keith worked it out with us & we had a pleasant tour.

Sawyer took up me my young daughter and apprehensive wife yesterday. Wonderful time and he managed to calm my wife's nerves. He's very knowledgable of the area highly recommend a flight.

Had a great moose tour with Keith. We went out for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. We found 4 moose. His tour was amazing and beautiful. The plane is comfortable and Keith is a wonderful pilot. Love

If you are short on time and want to make the most out of your trip. Keith can get you there. From growing up in maine to Alaska bush pilot experience back to Maine, his vision of revitalizing seaplane service works. I was picked up and dropped off in Portland, ME. The flight to Rangeley lake saved me hours of driving. The view was spectacular. Not to mention pulling up to the dock definitely caught everyone by surprise. Talk about an Grand Entrance to the party. It was awesome!!

Remarkable experience. Whether you're a seasoned small craft flyer or a first timer, riding with Arcadian Seaplanes is an unforgettable endeavor. The roar of take off through the quaint and rustic Rangeley harbor holds your interest, if not your breath, while ascending the northern arboreal treetops. The owner's skill in navigating thermals above mountainous terrain offers a smooth transition through changing vistas. Fortunate to soar from Lake to Lake, four of us were in awe of not only the beauty of northern Maine but of it's diversity. It's a bit of a squeeze for 4 adults but do-able and once airborne very comfortable. Besides, Keith, the owner, has tall tales worthy of his captiv(ated) audience. I'm saving my nickels for another flight.

What an awesome trip. We had to wait for the fog to lift but that made the trip all the more amazing. Our pilot Wayne was professional and friendly and made the perfect tour guide pointing out all of the sights as we flew over the most beautiful section of Western Maine. Take offs and landings were smooth as silk and there is no better way to see the area than in the seaplane.Next trip to the area will certainly include another aerial tour. Kudos!!

Talk about checking off an item on your Bucket List! We had a wonderful evening flying with Keith over breathtaking scenery on our way to a delicious dinner at Bosebuck Camp. The weather was perfect and after dinner Keith flew us around the area as the sun was setting and the mountains and lakes were lighting up with spectacular colors. We could see the Canada mountains in the distance when Keith began spotting several moose in clear cut areas below. He brought the plane around so that we got a great view of two huge bull moose. Once we started looking, we spotted at least eight more moose. What an incredible experience! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Rangeley area.

Keith, owner / operator of Acadian Seaplanes was awesome!!! His bush flying experience from Alaska most definitley shows in his flying skill and performance here in Rangeley Lake, Maine. His geographical knowledge made the flight experience all that much better. From Bald Head Mountain in the distance on takeoff to Upper Richardson Lake to Osicohos Lake, the views were breathtaking. A dinner at BoseBuck Camps on Osicohos Lake topped off the evening. And if it couldn't get any better, it did. A seaplane ride back to Town Cove on Rangeley Lake. From take off to touchdown we felt safe. Well worth the money and highly recommended as a "must do" while visiting the Rangeley Lakes Region. We'll be back for sure. Thank you!

My husband, I and another couple went for the first time on the site seeing/dinner flight this evening and we had a terrific time. This trip was a surprise for my husbands 40th birthday and he said it was the best!! The plane was great and the pilots were very knowledgeable of the area and very friendly and accommodating. The dinner was fantastic!! The views were breath taking! It was just a really great way to spend a birthday and time with friends!! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great night out. Thanks,The LaCroix's
