Well, it ain't Central Park, but this place could be a hidden joy, if only the NY Parks would do something to keep it a little better than it is now.As far as I know this was one of the worst and most dangerous areas in NYC, right behind the Queensbridge Houses (I am told the largest public housing project in the US), but sincerely I didn't feel unsafe. Early in the morning there were few people in the park, and the view was fantastic.
