Great walking path, pavilions and kids area. Need to be a town resident or pay a fee unfortunately, but worth it.

This is Newburgh's Central Park, it is beautiful, I walk my dog Angelo there everyday wheather permitting .the men that work there keep it very well maintained. We r lucky to have it.i have to disagree about the attendants that work in the booth, I thought so at first but, it was me not them now I stop say hello-o & smile and they do the same.

This park is located on the banks of Chadwick lake and the views are beautiful. The park and playground are always well maintained. Great place for a family outing.

This sunny play spot is a nice place to take the kids. But it's not free. You either have to pay for a sticker which lasts a year or pay per visit. The attendants who work in the booth are generally older men who tend to be on the grumpier side. Be prepared for that - it's not you, it's them. Bless their hearts.The playground is nice and well kept but there is very little of it that is shaded. So that means hot, direct sun on hot sweaty kids. So bring the sunscreen and cold water! The facilities include covered picnic areas / pavilions, bathrooms, a skate rink, lake with fishing and paddle boats, trails, etc.

Nice trail for bike riding or walking around the lake. Great play stuff for kids. Nice outdoor space.

This is a great little park to relax, boat, hike, walk or lunch. The kids will love coming here to bike and just have a relaxing day. Very quiet. A calm among the craziness of Newburgh. You should definitely take advantage of their offerings.
