Very beautiful course surrounded by a beautiful setting. I'm only a beginner so we spent alot of time of time on the putting & chipping practice greens which are very nice.

Son was at Niagara University, he missed playing golf. So I came over to play here. I thought it was a little pricey. BUT after I played, it was very nice. I should say, it is very unique. Begin with a pile of balls to warm up at the driving range then play. WOW that is nice. Each hole is very unique and environment friendly. The green was impeccable!! I really did enjoy playing here. I would recommend you to play here.

played Seneca hickory September 12th 2014 - nice course - nice staff - price was reasonable - course looked like it was in good shape which it was - the problem our 3some had was there was no pace of play - the marshall/starter before the round started cautioning us on a smal tournament playing ahead of us (maybe 5 4somes) and even with us being a 3some they would not let us play through - ok - no problem - the problem was it took us, a 3some over 5 3/4 hours to play 18 holes - un-acceptable - not that the guys in front of us were bad golfers or slow but somewhere there was a traffic jam or they knew each other and were clowning around throughout their round (at our expense) - the marshall drove by, never said a word and also never came by to us where we wanted to address why is it taking so long - waited behind 2 4somes on a par-3 before we could hit - that's 8 shooters we had to wait behind on a cold Friday morning in September, I could just imagine what it would be like on a nice summer day (7 hours) - outside of the pace of play, the course was nice, sorry that I won't be back as I don't mind at worst a 5 hour round but not closer to 6 hour round- I wouldn't say fire the marshall but certainly you know when everyone teed-off and at least do your job as to hummmmm, why after 4+ hours are the golfers only on the 13th hole - clearly something is wrong - wondering if others have had this problem or long a round on Seneca...

Course it beautiful and challenging. Staff in the pro shop are very friendly and nice along with the staff in the restaurant. The restaurants has great food as well. Golfing is a little pricy at peak hours and on weekends but the course is worth every penny.

First time visiting and playing this course. Will definitely be back again. a little pricey for the most part, but the manicured fairways, natural surroundings and wonderful layout of this course was amazing. Free Ice cold water available at almost every hole. Its too bad though that most people forget to fix their ball marks on the greens. The greens are not forgiving, however, they are very smooth.

Fantastic links-style course. Great conditioning. Difficult, but very playable. Good staff. Fun to play.

this is a must play golf course if in the niagra falls area. They have early bird special of 39.00 with cart and range balls before 9 am and after 2 pm. the course is in great shape and has some very beautiful scenery. the course is challenging and fair and the greens are awsome. I played it twice the week I was there.

We (3 ardent women) golfed this course the very first week it opened in July 2010 and then again later that season. We have golfed twice a season every year since. To see how well it is maturing is wonderful. For women golfers it is one of the courses that attends to the forward tees - thank you! The 3 of us traditionally finish 18 holes in 3 1/2 hours as we paly "ready golf" and don't linger over shots - we have certainly seen the looks on other golfers faces when they realise they are following woman but it always turns out well when they see we are out to golf and respect the pace of play. We did run into a pace of play issue last year and the marshal worked to get the 2 foursomes ahead of us to "pick it up and move on". The staff are all friendly - thanks to the starter Chip for some insights - and professional - checking in was uneventful - made our tee times through the reservation line as it was after hours - she was not able to guarantee the $50 any time any day price on a coupon that was in the Hamilton (Ontario) Golf magazine but the gentleman in the pro shop accepted it readily. They provide water on the course (unlike in Ontario) and it is wonderfully cold - again another thank you! There are also "real" washroom facilities not Port-a-lets. It is not an issue to Seneca Casino Points. The food in the clubhouse is tasty and very reasonable. Service is a little slow but worth the wait. There are young men in the parking lot who help you with your bags and when you return offer to clean the club heads (taking that job away from my husband). The course even this early in the season and with the harsh winter is in terrific shape - the greens were very fast the day we played - there were workers on the course fertilizing, cutting and blowing off the greens - a little disconcerting when they wave at you to hit but are not wearing hardhats - if you get a chance, play this course - you will NOT be disappointed - we have golfed many Niagara Courses (Whirlpool, Thundering Waters, Legends -Usher & Battlefield, Peninsula Lakes, Rockway Glen, Hunter's Pointe, Beaver Creek) - Seneca is a favourite for sure!

Nice fairly new golf course. Links style course a lot of water and seems like it gets a lot of play with all the divots that are left. Nice staff. Lots of water so if you have a hook or slice bring extra balls. Nice facility good food and chef.

After a round on the links make sure you have time for a outstanding burger. I will guarantee you will not be disappointed!

This course is beautiful, well maintained, and pretty challenging. Like many courses in the area, it's member friendly. Play with someone who has played it before and you will definitely have a better day. The greens are fast and true and the bunkers and water hazards are plenty. It's a wonderful place.
