Monster Mini Golf is a great place to go on a snowy or rainy day, as it is an indoor mini golf course and arcade. The unique thing about it is that is is glow-in-the-dark: all of the sets are painted to glow under the black light. Needless to say, it is sometimes difficult seeing your group members. The golf balls are also painted fluorescent, so you can't lose them. It is one giant room, with an 18-hole mini golf course on one side and an arcade on the other side, with video games, skee ball, air hockey, etc. The Deer Park location is open Tues-Sun and pricing is under $10. The venue offers monthly specials and discounts on their website and you can usually find discount coupons on Groupon or other discount sites. They sell vending machine snacks, so not great if you are looking to eat. They also host parties, which is a fun alternative for the kids. One note: the music can get VERY loud, which is not great for some little ones' ears. We learned that the hard way.

I'll be honest, laser tag and video games are not my thing. The 4 times I have visited this location was always in conjunction with programs they were offering to support the family members, primarily children, of our active duty military and veterans. They have generously donated their space, their attractions and games and even meeting and lunch rooms...all at no cost to the participants. They have always (to my knowledge) done this on weekends which would seem to be their prime business time, welcomed 70, 80 -100 kids to just enjoy themselves while thanking them all for the service of their family member or loved one.BTW, everyone always has a great time.High marks for their civic commitment.

Indoor mini golf refined to a new level. Great place to hang out especially during the cold winter months. Black lighting makes it a real fun outing for the kids. A party room is attached for special occasions and provides a different approach. You bring in the food though.

On a cold afternoon on LI what better way to spend a hour or so but a little indoor mini golf. the music is a bit too loud, but was warned of that from other reviewers. staff was nice, a few challenging holes, and a few laughs. awaiting the warmer weather so I can be outside, but this does for a quick fix.

This is just a fun, fun place with it's fluorescent decorations and black lights. Great for the kids or teens. My wife took her students there for a group trip and was very happy. I've gone there with college-aged young adults and even they had a good time. Recommended.

Fun indoor not too scary monster themed mini golf. Offer themed party rooms and arcade. When busy, long waits. Very noisy. Fun course but nog very challenging.

Took the grandkids for a fun day (actually about 40 minutes) of miniature golf. Reasonable price $6.00 per. It was a nice time and the kids didn't beat me. The place is close to the outlets and plenty of places to eat and spend some time with the kids.

Be sure to wear light colored clothing so you too can glow in the dark in this ultraviolet light world of mini-golf!

Let me be honest about this review. If you are a adolescent or teenager, you may love this place. I might be a bit biased as we are in our 60's and took our 3 grand children out for a 'fun' day.We had a Groupon which we bought which expired last month. It was for 4 people to play. My husband and I didn't play, so we just had the little ones. They accepted the face value but I wound up having to pay $8 for one of the kids. Since I bought for 4 and only had 3 kids, they should have let it go; whatever...it would have been worth it if the place was good or even fair. Be aware!!! It's very, very dark inside. So, if you are older, as we are, it is quite dangerous to walk around, so be careful. Secondly, it's very loud..Extremely loud. Music is over the top and you can't even talk to eachother; so when we wanted to show the kids how to play, they couldn't hear us. Even screaming didn't work. The holes were decorated with illuminated lights and you couldn't see where the actual hole was located. Also, they 3 of them were done in 1/2 hour. What a waste of time and money. Everyone just lost their patience. I wouldn't consider this an attraction at all. I'd rather take them to the movies or have them play on their Kindles. They all disliked it, so this review is collectively written. If you live on Long Island as we do, you know all the attractions the kids can see and enjoy. As grandparents, we want to enjoy it as well and this was the worst attraction, if you call it that, we have ever taken the kids to. For $26 which is what we paid, it was a rip off.

Great change of pace if you're into mini golf. Really wish there were more obstacles, but still had fun!

Takes about 1 hour to complete and is perfect for a family with small children. We go here a lot. It can get packed during the weekends.

Although the kids liked it, but personally we didnt, it was far too busy for us and we had to wait ages at holes. We dressed the children all in white and it looked cool but turned out to be a one trick pony. after the initial excitement wears off it gets boring. It was quite expensive for the four of us at thirty four dollars.
