My wife and I try to walk several times a week and usually go to Riverside Park north of Fort Morgan to walk. We include a walk over and back across the bridge which is an enjoyable sight. It has been restored and is a pleasant place to walk.

This bridge is a classic but chances are you will drive right past without a second glance. Park at either end and walk across it!

The landmark to Fort Morgan is such a character statement about Fort Morgan. Strong and beautiful , yet serene and peaceful. A lovely place to walk and feel nature!

I remember driving on this old bridge. I hope they never demo it down. I hope it never sees graffiti. She is glorious, and a standing tribute to the craftsmanship of her maker. She is a site to see :)

This bridge in Fort Morgan is a bit of an attraction in and of itself. It is one of the notable Marsh Arch Bridges, and one of the largest in the country, with its 11 arches of reinforced concrete. It spans the South Platte River in Fort Morgan, just north of I-76 on route 52. It was built in 1923 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. It's now used as a pedestrian bridge, and is a little difficult to photograph.The city water works just south of the bridge has a nice steam railway "worker" engine on display. In between the bridge and the water works is a beautiful city park, very suitable for a picnic or relaxation after a day of traveling.
