This facility underwent a remodel and upgrade with more space and new pools and has something for everyone! Reasonable pricing, even for a non- resident. Lifeguards on duty, restrooms, different pools for various age levels, snack bar, and food can be carried in. Wonderful way to spend an afternoon.

Really enjoyed "The Bay". Prices were low and although they had a few rides it was really fun. Glad we went on a weekday. Big pool for kids, little slides for younger kids and some slides for adults and bigger kids.Only wished that they had more shade. Like that they stop everything for a few minutes while doing safety check at a certain time.Would recommend this place to people with young kids.

Great pools for kids of all ages, fun slides for the parents. Affordable entrance fee for residents, still affordable if you have to pay more. It's definitely one of the best family pools I've ever been to. Get there early, if an afternoon storm arrives, they close the pool.

Nice place, thought it is a tad dated compared to some other water parks in the greater metro area. Shade gets a little rare. Could use a bigger slide.

What a fun day! I took four kids (6,7,9,10) and they all had a great time. They asked to go back the next day.Fun slides, great water temperature, crowded but not uncomfortable, lines for slides were minimal and the lifeguards seemed nice. Also enjoyed the $1.50 snow cones. The only disappointment was the (women's) bathroom. Tiny stalls, no toilet paper early in the day and not refilled or cleaned and only one small changing spot. I didn't go for the bathroom though so it didn't ruin it.We will definitely be going back, especially considering the price.

I took my son here from age 3 through age 12. He never out grew it during that time and always had fun as the park is designed for some many different activities. While I know he would have enjoyed continuing on after that age, I think it is a great break point for ages. I was never concerned about large teenagers during those fun, fun times.

Do you have small kids that just want to splash? Are you sick of spending $$$ at places like Elitch Gardens and Water World? GO TO THE BAY! Seriously. I have no idea how this place isn't more packed because it's FANTASTIC. I wish I had known about it sooner, I would have spent all summer here with my 2yo. It's great for kids and families and is so affordable. I will be back next summer. Worth the drive if you aren't a local!

And the end of the season dog days are fantastic! Not too big of a water park either, so it's easy to keep a few kids entertained, but you are not absolutely exhausted running around and tracking down the kiddos. A wonderful afternoon treat! And, you can picnic on any of the grassy areas, and feel comfortable leaving your things (although I wouldn't leave anything expensive) to go enjoy the water.

Fantastic place for family swim fun. Several pool areas; tot pool; zero depth entry play area; slides. Lots of covered areas. Huge grassy area. Can bring your own food and spend the day.

We drove from Loveland to meet some friends here as a halfway point between us, it was so fun and perfect for the younger crowd, although most slides require 48" in height, otherwise you can sit on lap of a parent. Affordable price for some sun and water fun, definitely worth checking out! Great play pools for smaller kids and slides are not too fast, perfect family fun!

As other reviewers have mentioned, this is a fun place for smaller kids without the massive crowds or large scale distances to walk of a bigger water park. Plenty of activities (2 twisty water slides, 1 slide where you can sit on a tube either solo or child on lap or 2 kids, a few smaller slides, 1 nice play structure in the pool, plus another kiddie pool with more straight slides). It's nice too because little kids under 48" can sit on a parent's lap for the slides, unlike other places, so they are able to get in on the fun. It is big enough that there is plenty to do, yet small enough to keep your eye on the kids as they play in the shallower water. These are zero entry pools, so you can also pull a chair up to the edge and sit while you watch them. They have a snack bar, but you can bring your own food in, which is also a plus when trying to save $, as well as plenty of grassy areas and tables in which to spread out and have a picnic. We've always found there are enough chairs too. It is clean and he lifeguards really seem on top of things (though the last time I was there two of them were sneakily playing "Rock Paper Scissors" across the pool from one another until they noticed me staring at them...). All in all it's a lot of fun and run well. It costs $8 for a non resident, which is a little pricey for too many visits, but we visit occasionally and it's less $ than a water park. It's definitely a fun place to check out if you are in the area (I live in Boulder).

This place is a great place to go if you want the fun of a water park less the expense and crowd. The price is very reasonable and they have ample grass to relax and eat. They allow little kids on the slides on the lap of an adult and also have a great slide in the kids pool.

The slides, etc are certainly geared for smaller kids, but even my teenager likes it for a quick, fun place to cool off on a hot day.

This is the perfect place for younger kids (under 12) to be on a hot day! My kids love the slides and hanging out in the pool. I like that there is a separate pool and slides for the younger kids. Almost everything is within view so I can keep track of the kids easily. Lifeguards seem to be alert and do a good job. It is pretty inexpensive for residents and the Friday night Family night is great. Really hot days can get really busy, bit it generally slows down after the pool clears at 2.

Beautiful, clean pools. The kids pool is wonderful, zero entry with a small slide. The large pool has a great water play area. The multiple slides are fun!
