This was mine and my mother in laws first jump. Attentive, professional, FUN & knowledgeable staff. We had the pleasure of jumping with Justin Silvia, the owner. The entire experience was fun, not just the jump. Felt safe and secure 100% of the time. Top notch & we'll be back!

We love Chattanooga Skydiving Company! We have used them 2 years in a row and have been more than pleased on both occasions. Staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. We will use again in the future. It is an amazing experience and these guys are well equipped to deliver!!

I have been trying to get my sons to skydive with me for the last couple of years and I finally got them BOTH on board! It was incredible! The pros keep you moving so you don't have time to chicken out and they all seem to be quite entertaining! If you are thinking about this...do it! My sons lost their dad and this was one day, one experience that they could let go and enjoy life--and they, we certainly did!! Despite our anxiety on the way up, we were all ready to go again as soon as we landed! Incredible experience :)

Very professional staff who actually makes you forget how worried you get before jumping. It was my very first skydive and it was just perfect, they were very knowledgable and understanding of all of our concerns and questions.

The company was very professional and the environment was safe. Everyone was extremely helpful and down to earth. I had the most amazing first jump ever. I did not want to land! I recommend this company to everyone wanting a great skydiving experience.

Rebekka,Sorry about your experience,But you should have read the GROUPON details that clearly said WEIGHT LIMIT 220 LBS. AND 18 YEARS OR OLDER. You then encouraged your minor child to lie about his age, and your other child to lie about his weight. You were very rude to my staff. You were rude to me on the phone when I made your reservation. I recall the discussion about weight and age limit. Apparently I wasn't saying the things you wanted to hear.People, Please do your homework, read the FAQ on our website. Don't let appearances fool you, this isn't a spit and polish outfit, this IS a group of people that seem to enjoy what they do and have found a way to do it. I had John for my tandem lead/partner, and he kept me laughing and talking the whole time. Helping me to enjoy every possible moment of the jump. I know he does this many times a day/week. But most everything he said or joked seemed sincere and with genuine good attitude. Although, I would have liked a bit more "instructions" at the beginning, there really is no need. Do what they say, enjoy the ride as they do all of the work. This was for my 40th Birthday, and something that i have always wanted to do. I am so very glad I saw the groupon for this company, went against first impressions, and jumped. I will be back to do this again! It is best rush and release that I have every felt. I don't think I stopped smiling for a day.

I am a thrill seaker that has always planned on sky diving as one of my endeavors. I had a friend that had found out she didn't have much longer with us so that motivated me to finally reach out to Chattanooga Sky Diving Company. Every member of the staff was more than helpful and very welcoming. They all had plenty of experience and made sure our jump was memorable. I appreciate the measures they take to be incredibly thorough of the risks involved in the act of sky diving as well as accomidating the appropriate training and experts to make sure the jump is as safe and planned as possible. We had slight unpredictable overcast when we showed up and had to have our jump delayed slightly but that was no problem for me as I had planned ahead for such events and appreciate Justin paying close attention to possible dangerous weather incliments that could ultimately effect the safety of both the trained diver and the tandem jumper. Sky diving is indeed a very dangerous sport. Each sky diver there has plenty of experience, some even in magazines! John is who I tandemed with and he made my jump incredibly comforting and enjoyable every foot of the way down! Justin even went out of his way to make sure that my terminal friend had the most memorable jump of her life as well!! I made a family at the Chattanooga Sky Diving Company and felt my friend and I were in great hands. JD Mallory even went the extra mile to write a kind note before we left letting us know we made a lasting impression on the crew. I highly recommend letting my new family assist you in achieving one of your dreams! Fly like a bird-completely free!!!

I never felt as if I was not at home with my family with the staff at Chattanooga skydiving company they are phenomenal in every aspect of their line of business they made me feel as if I was the only one in the sky soaring as a bird which is exactly what I had hoped to achieve, to be as free as a bird.

Great staff and lots of fun!! Best price around, free video, pictures optional. The best experience you'll ever have. Many options 10,000, 12,000, 14,000, and 18,000 feet. Bring friends...lots of em, the more you have with you the more fun you'll have!!!!

This place is great. They took me through my entire A license course and became like family. If you're looking for a great and safe time, jump with them. I can't recommend getting an A license enough.

Long story short: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Longer story: I WISH I would've read the reviews before I went. The first problem was that we could NEVER get a person on the phone to make a reservation. And when we finally did, and book the date, we were treated HORRIBLY by the owner when we arrived on location. He is very degrading when talking to customers. He wanted a $100 upcharge when we arrived on location on top of what we've paid on groupon, because he said it was "groupon's policy" not "his policy" for any expired groupons. When I made the appointment (well before the expiration date), the female receptionist told us that even though the jump date is 3 days after the expiration date, it shouldn't be a problem since they are running the "in-house special" of $149 per person price, which is the same price on groupon. When we arrived after driving for 2 hours, the owner told us a different story and was belligerent and insistent that we pay the $100 upcharge. This policy is NOT listed anywhere on Groupon or on their page. They must honor the price that's been paid. So if anything, the most they could have charged us is $50 per person because the normal price for jump at that location is $199. Then, he told us that we could purchase the jumps for $149 a person (the in-house price) and then take it up with groupon to get a refund. There was NO WAY we would even consider jumping with him at this point because he was SO RUDE and belligerent. Since we decided not to make the jump, we asked for the signed papers back (which was the agreement we signed to say that we wouldn't sue the company in the case of injury or death during the jump). We wanted this back because we weren't going to do any business with them, and we didn't want him to have any papers containing our personal information such as our date of birth and address but he said "no. My building, my papers" and told us to get off his property. There are far better companies around Atlanta (one near Macon, one in North Georgia) who will treat their customers with respect and outstanding customer service. This place is not one of them. For what it's worth, the other instructors seemed nice and very kind, but it's a big fat NO to the owner. .

DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!! I have ordered my jump from Amazon and was pretty excited about it. I came all the way from Atlanta for my bucket list check mark. The facility is not impressive it is small hangar with few small planes. They told me that the jump that is included in my deal is from 10000ft and that I can upgrade to 12000 for $30 or $14000 for $60. I decided to do 12000 and paid $30. After couple of hours spending in the hangar and signing TONS of paperwork that there is no way you can read unless you come there for couple of days. When I was all ready to go they said the weather is not good, we are not gonna jump. This is OK. Weather is not in our control. The instructor told me to talk to the lady on the desk and she will explain me everything. I asked her what are my options. She said that I can reschedule anytime I want. I asked her what if I want to cancel she said to cancel through Amazon and then call her to cancel the extra $30 I paid. My wife and my kids were standing next to me and heard that clear. Today I canceled it with Amazon with no problem and called Chattanooga Skydiving Company for my $30 cancellation. The owner answered and said, we don't do refund. The lady works for me and you are mistaken, she never said that. At some point he just hang up on me!!! Do you really want to deal with this kind of customer service? The owner has no idea what his employees do. The owner of the business acts like this?! Can you imagine what else is broken in that company? Do you want to check it with your life?

Purchased deal through Groupon, which specifies that you must call to book with your Groupon voucher. No problem. Both myself and a friend of mine who also purchased it then spent 3 weeks calling and leaving messages for this company, all to no avail. Not only did they never answer, they also wouldn't return calls, and didn't respond via email or Facebook either (they actually deleted my post). Groupon even tried to get them to contact me, and still nothing. It is completely unprofessional and I sure wouldn't want someone like that supervising a skydiving jump for me.
