Our family had an exceptional and unique experience on the Honeymoon tour with Dave being our tour guide. Dave was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about nature, rock formation, and history of the area. He thoughtfully answered all of our questions and navigated through difficult terrain in a professional fashion, combining real adventure and safety. We had such a great time! Dave made us feel like we were part of his family.

My husband and I wanted to have some fun on our honeymoon and Dave went above and beyond our expectations. We chose the Top of the World tour. I am very familiar with southern Utah and I thought it would be nice for my husband to learn more about the area, but he showed us things I'd never seen before. It was incredible! He knows about the history, vegetation, and landmarks of the area. You will never be bored if you go with Dave. I believe he personalized his tour especially for us, and for each group he takes. I'm recommending him to all my family and friends, and I hope to go on another tour next time I'm in the Saint George area.

My husband and I took a Ghost Tour with Dave. It was really awesome. The jeep was comfortable and Dave was extremely accommodating. He brought snacks and drinks, and he even had blankets available if we got cold. The scenery was absolutely spectacular and Dave shared with us a lot about the history of the area. Getting to the ghost town after dark was a little spooky at first, but Dave provided us with flashlights and we had a great time exploring the town and the graveyard. We would highly recommend Dave and his tours to anyone that is visiting the area. We told Dave that we will come tour with him again and bring some of our kids so we can share our wonderful experience with them.

We booked an off-road jeep tour with Dave to celebrate Monica's 50th birthday. We live in So. Utah, know the area pretty well, and wanted something more adventurous than the usual scenic tour. We settled on a more technical ride, something other companies won't attempt, that shows what a well-equipped jeep, driven by an expert, can do. Dave's company, Zion Country Off-road Tours, popped up as the No. 1 rated experience on Trip Advisor for the area. We both totally enjoyed the trip. Dave is a top-notch guide and a very experienced driver. He taught us a lot about the features and special capabilities of his custom jeep. I hopped out and filmed the maneuvers a few times, and it was amazing to watch a few climbs from outside the vehicle. There were a few nail-biters and tipsy moments, and loads of fun. We felt totally safe with Dave at the wheel.

This excursion was a last minute idea to take the kids out to do something in town. When Dave was contacted he was excited and ready to go. We called mid morning and he was ready to go by 1pm. We took the Top of the World tour and Dave has a vast knowledge of Utah and the history of the Zion area. From the early settlers to the e- military testing facilities Dave had a good story to tell. From the moment Dave rolled up in his jeep, he made sure that everyone in the group was going to have a good time. That is asking a lot when the group has 3 girls (9, 13, and 17). Dave, Thank you very much for a great adventure. Looking forward to next year and having you take us to a new place.

If you are looking for fun and a unique experience this is IT! Dave took us on the ride of our lives. We did the Honeymoon tour which was amazing and filled with thrills! Dave is a local, has a wealth of knowledge about the area and it's history and shared so much with us. We learned alot not only about the pioneers and early settlers but also about the land formations, fauna and flora. He took us to places that we would never have been able to go to on our own. It is a wonderful contrast to sight seeing and hiking in Zion or Bryce. Dave is passionate about what he does. He is very outgoing and has a great sense of humor. If you have time I would highly recommend one of Dave's tours. You will be glad you did! We would do it again. Thanks Dave!

Dave was so much fun! We loved the jeep tour, the amazing views, the Utah history and geology information. We took the "top of the world" tour with our three kids (11, 14, 17) and they all loved it! I would recommend this tour to everyone and would definitely do it again. It was a highlight of our trip and worth every penny! We thought 3 hours might be too long, but it went by so fast, we wished we had longer. Thank you, Dave!!!!

Dave is awesome and his tours are great. The ghost tour is really sweet and unique, if you wanna experience zion different to most people add this to your usual itinerary. Dave is full of knowledge and really takes the time to make sure every person on the tour enjoys it. The vehicles are top-notch and with Dave behind the wheel you are in for a great adventure. Thanks also for charging our battery after we left the lights on ... :D

Although we primarily came to the area to hike and photograph Zion, Dave provided such an amazing opportunity for our first time ATV experience. The welcome, the top notch equipment, the information and service all contributed to such a great Adventure that we decided to sneak in a 2nd tour before we left the area! Once Dave knew that I was a photographer, he went out of his way to stop at key locations and allowed time for me to explore a bit. The sheer beauty of the area was simply overwhelming. Excellent job Dave!!!!!!!!!

I took a Tippy sensations tour on November 11th and what a tour I got. Real off road experiance, very professional and cool driver (David, who owns the company) and it was one of my best experiances in off road tours, and I had a lot of them all over. I would of give him 10 stars but I can only give five. :)

I went on the tipsy sensations jeep tour and had a great thrill ride. Dave was a great tour guide with good knowledge of the area and an expert in off roading. I would definitely recommend it and would love to do another one of his tours.

My niece was coming up from California to visit me in the Zion National Park area and I wanted to do something special for her 25th Birthday so I surprised her with a "tippy sensations" tour !! We had no clue just how much fun the experience was going to be. Dave was great he couldn't of been any friendlier, he shared his knowledge of the area and we were very impressed with his expertise in his driving abilities. It was one heck of a thrill seeking experience that I would definitely HIGHLY recommend it for anyone that's looking not just a tour but an adventure it was well worth it. I just can't stop telling everyone how much fun we had ....
