Our family didn't Golf but all 3 of us got on a Golf cart and drove it around the course. It was spectacular. We took the most epic photos and selfies of our lives. Must go there.

We camped at nearby Millsite State Park in June and played Millsite Golf Course. I had planned to play one round but I loved the course so much that I squeezed in a 2nd round the next day. The elevation changes, plateaus, "waterfall" and views of surrounding reservoir and mountains made this course simply stunning. The carries over ravines and washes add to the fun AND difficulty of the course. The only disappointing feature for me was the poor selection of rental clubs available. They are a mix of many old and older styles and added an extra challenge to the already difficult course. Instead I just basked in the glory of the course and enjoyed the views. If you're anywhere near this off-the-beaten-path course, you need to play it...just bring your own clubs if possible.
