My wife and I booked tandem jumps to celebrate our twentieth wedding anniversary, and we had an amazing experience!The team at Skydive Delmarva are so loose and friendly, that it took me a moment or two as a first-timer to realize I was being given very specialized instruction; every step of our jump was explained and rehearsed so we knew exactly what to expect. The instructors and videographers put us at ease with their confidence and genuine enthusiasm for the sport, and it was hard not to get caught up in their excitement. The upward-spiraling flight to >12,000 feet was smooth and just long enough to build the tension before the adrenaline-pumping, wind-rushing, freefall and the jolt of the sudden silence and panoramic views floating back to Earth under canopy.For anyone's first time, I think the photo/video package is a must, especially as you're not permitted to take your own camera. We haven't seen our videos yet, but if the stills are any indication, they'll be awesome. Both of our photographers did a great job, but Dana's work really stood out due to her attention to detail and skill in the sky.I highly recommend the experience no matter where you go, but if you find yourself on the Mid-Shore, you can't do better than Skydive Delmarva.

Great place to tandem or get licensed. Has a skydiving school unlike other drop zones and a large plane that goes faster and higher than other dropzones.

The employees of this operation are fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. For a potential nerve racking experience, this went super smooth. Only stress was would the sky hold out for perfect diving. My son jumped with a trained diver. Awesome guy. He told me son clearly and calmly what would happen and what he had to do. Went exactly as he said. The videographer is worth investing in. Video is great and so are still pictures. Going again in the spring for jump number 2!
