We have rented atvs twice from Island Park Adventures. It's an activity that we really love and so we enjoyed exploring the area. This company is great to work with and super friendly as well. Great family activity!

We rented 2-4 seater Polaris RZRs for a day and had an amazing time! We had a 19&20 year old with us, 2 nearly 30 year olds, and 3 50 year olds. We aren't really the wild and crazy types and my husband and dad (who are pretty experienced ATV drivers) drove the ATVs all day while the rest of us enjoyed the scenery. The manager gave us a map and some good places and we packed a cooler with lunch and went all over the place. We saw 4 moose, ducks, beautiful wild flowers, etc. Really amazing sights! Navigating the area was pretty straightforward. We returned the ATVs on time and full of fuel as requested, and the next day a manager called my husband and accused us of rolling one of the ATVs because the seatbelt was messed up. He ended up dropping it, but it really disappointed us and they had our credit card on file so our hands would have been tied if they had pursued it further. I feel like they should check them thoroughly before people leave and our responsibility should have ended when we left. Anyway, it was a fantastic trip, just buyer beware!

I called before arriving in Island Park, ID to rent a side by side and a 4 wheeler. The weather was rainy and in the 40's, not ideal conditions. We started out on the railway trail, it is covered in cow s**t, so be aware of that. The 4 wheeler is a racing type, with no fenders to deflect the cow s**t, so it flings all over you!!, we own cows so I'm not being overly picky. Both rigs were turned down so low, it was no fun at all. I can just imagine how much their jet skis and boats are cranked down, ridiculous!! We were freezing and it came a pour down rain on us. We got soaked, so we were miserable and decided to turn back and return the ATV's early thinking we were getting them back before half a day was up and would get a refund for just using them half a day. We were on our way back when the 4 wheeler (which was running rough anyway) quit. We tried to call the place, no cell service, so my son and I stayed there and my husband drove back to the shop to tell them. They sent a guy to pick us and the atv up, he seemed ticked off. The thing was a piece of junk, so it just quit. We didn't do anything to it, it just quit and wouldn't start again. We finally made it back, and the guy just kept saying, "you rented them for the whole day'. Not courteous at all to not offer some money back since their atv quit and weather conditions made it unbearable to ride in. I don't recommend renting anything from these people. We just wasted $350 on these atv's without any customer service. It ruined our vacation.
