pedal pushers bike rental & repair

I purchased a mirror for my handle bar (straight bar, like a mountain bike). For $10 extra she installed in for me right then. She was polite and helpful, and I was able to bike the Trail of the Coeur d'alenes with more confidence due to improved rear/side view. In the past I have purchased trail maps and a book of trail maps there.

Our group of three 50+ years old couples rented a house on the east side of Lake Coeur d'Alene for a week in July 2014. The lake was beautiful and the weather was perfect. After reading about the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes bike trail along an old railroad right of way and that it followed the lake near where we were staying we decided to try a group bike ride. We discovered Pedal Pushers in nearby Harrison had plenty of bikes to rent and the Trail went right through Harrison.The staff at Pedal Pushers was extremely helpful and friendly. Some in our group hadn't ridden a bike in years but Pedal Pushers was very patient in making sure we each had a bike which was individually fitted to us. They described the Trail to us, gave us directions and gave us all bottles of water before sending us off. The bikes we rented were all well maintained and operated perfectly. We had so much fun getting back into bike riding that we went out and bought brand new bikes when we returned home!

Decent bicycles to rent, great service, good coffee & cookies. The young gentleman even let us use our own seats and the young lady was very polite and accommodating. Rented their road bikes for a trip to Kellogg and back. The Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes is one of the best I've ridden on in the country. ....I would definitely use this service/rental shop again. Compared to other places we've rented from these bikes were great.
