Decided to lodge here after a careful review of places to stay in the Avery area. Slept with the windows open and breathed the pine-fresh mountain air all night. The folks who own this place also run it and are very friendly. This is an excellent place to base your vacation.Avery is a pleasant, scenic, one hour drive east of St. Maries on Highway 50.
