This is a great outdoor bar! Lots of excitment! Great drink great bands! Best to be here on a hot summer night

Outdoor bar/restaurant on the water. Decorated with real palm trees and palapas. It makes you think you are in Mexico. The drinks are a bit spendy but the atmosphere makes up for it. They had a band playing Jimmy Buffet music which added to the fun. I wish we lived closer to come here more often!

We have a few hours to kill and know that The Barefoot is the place to do just that. While I prefer to arrive by boat, this time we were in a vehicle. We walked in at about 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. The parking lot indicated the place would be packed and we had to park in a dirt lot across the street. Once inside the property line, we found several good seating options and chose something shaded. The day was perfect - not too hot, not too cold, a light breeze, good friends. Someone stopped by once to take our drink orders. Once our drinks were dropped off, we did not see another server for the remainder of the 2 1/2 hours we were there. Well, we saw other servers. None stopped at our table. It worked out okay to just go up to the bar and get our own drinks from that point. I recommend the Bloody Mary's. Plenty of spice and they include a pickle and asparagus spear. The bartender was nice enough to toss in a few huge green olives. I was happy to leave him a nice tip each time. Take some time to go in the shop for the obligatory Barefoot Bar souvenir. There are plenty to go around with something for everyone. It's also fun to look around at the boats as The Barefoot is attached to a large marina and boat dealership. I am not sure why the Barefoot is categorized as an attraction vs. a bar/restaurant. I noticed there was another option for it on Trip Advisor.

The Beach Bum Band was there and were a blast!!! The food was excellent, service was a little slow, prices were good. It was a parrothead party the night we went and we had so much fun! Plenty of seating and I recommend the Brisket sandwich! We will be back again next year when the Beach Bum Band returns!

Great people watching! Quite ordinary drinks, and no Chardonnay when we went, but dogs, boats, bikinis and tasteless but cute T shirts.

Ate here once, typical bar food. The place packs them in but people just want to be seen. $5 beers and good luck getting waited on. Go to the bar to get your own and stand in line.
