The left had doesn't know what the right hand is doing; or if they do, they don't care. While on a waiting list for lanes, we were shocked to see other groups getting lanes. After a two hour wait, we still didn't have lanes for our whole group, but they seemed to find lanes for their friends who had recently arrived. (We figured they were friends, since they stopped by to socialize when the desk was quiet.) I asked for the manager's name and number and was given a business card. But as we left the building, a staff member followed us out and left us with a parting gesture.

After an unfortunate scheduling problem at another establishment, we ended up at Park Grove for some family bowling fun on Thanksgiving. Nick and his staff were outstanding and we plan to be back soon. The facility is very clean and reasonably priced. One of my children left the Thanksgiving bead necklace they made in kindergarten on the scoring table and didn't tell us about it until bedtime. Most places would have thrown away something like that, so we weren't holding out much hope. Sure enough, when we called they were holding it at the desk for us. I have been there with large groups for school field trips and scouting events - whether it is a big or small group, they go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience.
