A great place to go in the middle of a trip so kids can get rid of some energy. Also, a statue of Princess Owatonna plus mineral water that supposedly cured her when she was sick. You w3on't be disappointed.

There is a nine hole disc golf course, play ground, picnic area, horse shoes, volleyball, creek and walking trails. My family and I love exploring this park. Large enough not to be crowded and has a little bit for everyone. Trees and the wooden area is very fun to explore.

Nice park with a well laid out, free disk golf course. The course is a little over played, so by mid summer the grass was showing some wear. It has a nice kids playground....Now here is what makes this park a must see. The park has a monument commemorating Indian Princess Owatonna and also the mineral water spring that her father, the tribal chief, brought her to for it's healing properties. I was surprised as to who her father was (I will let you be surprised as well) and we all enjoyed a cold refreshing drink from the spring fountain. If you have an extra 20 minutes, swing off the freeway, stretch your legs, drink and fill your containers. If you are like us, you'll be glad you did. From I-35 go west couple miles then right oun Kenyon road. Go about a third of a mile and turn right at the stop sign onto Mineral Springs Rd. Go two blocks then left on Mineral Springs Parkway, a few blocks and you are there.
