It's a bit of American history I was not familiar with. Glad I stopped when I was in the neighborhood. It was well presented and kept up.

It was an interesting walk on the path with stops to read about the 36 hour battle. Nice park area also.

it was great bicycled and hiked the trails and biked to morton enjoyed all of the photo stories of the battle learned alot also went to nearby fort ridgley state park to learn more bout the battles fought in the indian wars

Very cool, interesting little park. Very pretty with the creek that runs through it and the picnic area was nice. Lots of history!
