It is unfortunate that I am writing this review it was great. In the last few years it has declined. We will not be going back. The selection was not good. I thought it might be the season, but we went to a nearby farm when we left here and their selection was great and their prices were much better (not to mention more friendly).

Here for apple picking in late September, got some of the last of the raspberries too. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the setting of the farm is beautiful. Just avoid the cat - his name is "Mr Bitey" and I can testify, it's well deserved!

Riverview Farm is a lovely place right on the Connecticut River. It's open year round, and if you visit in autumn, there is apple picking, a corn maze, and farm store with really great produce! After you've spent a while picking apples, or choosing just the right pumpkin, there are picnic tables overlooking the river to enjoy a cup of their apple cider, the best I ever tasted! The field of sunflowers against a bright blue sky was a beautiful sight! There are also the friendly family dogs to greet visitors, and the BIGGEST cat I've ever seen who lounges around when he isn't chasing elusive chipmunks! Do visit, you will have a great time; I certainly did!
