One of the worst times I've had at a theater in recent memory. The only saving grace was the theater itself and the movie. I didn't think you had to do much for customer service at a theater, but I was wrong. What made it even worse was that the general manager happened to be there in the lobby that night and exercised zero compassion for me and my pregnant wife at the time. Safe to say that we will happily drive the extra 5-10 minutes extra to get to Cinemagic or O'neil in the future.

Clean facilities, fairly fresh popcorn and absolutely packed whenever there is a premier. This used to be our go to movie theater until one opened in Epping.

Give yourself plenty of time to get into the movie. Line to get tickets can tend to be long as they usually have 1 agent selling them. Go to the bathroom before you go to concession stand. This will alleviate having to leave the movie and missing any of it. While the concession stand is expensive, it's part of the movie experience and they do need to make money somehow. I do not recommend the pretzel, though. The seats in every theater are great! Just remember that you get what you pay for. If you pay for 3D, you will get the bigger and better screens. I do not care to see 3D of anything so I pay the less expensive ticket and make sure I get my favorite, centered-in-front-of-screen seats. Bottom line is that going to the movies is NOT cheap anymore, but neither is going to a Red Sox game or any other major league game. It is what it is. This theater at least gives us a clean and comfortable movie experience.

This is really the only place around for movies these days. Service is Decent. Best to buy tickets in advance on fandango because lines are long. Popcorn is o.k. Usually the temperature is air conditioned well but this week it was warm in the theater on a hot day. Disappointing to go into the movie theater looking for a cool place to be, then have it be almost as warm as outside. Get a regal card since you spend so much on tickets you may as well get small bonus goodies (only counts $20 daily for points but you get $2 popcorn and candy on monday and tuesday. rpx is not worth the $15 tickets for me but 3d is cool.
