Groupon deal was great in terms of wonderful staff who provided a great massage, facial and pedicure. Front of house has industrial look and is very noisy. If we could have avoided the front desk to check out this would have been a 5-star. review. Front desk was a mess. Redhead was scattered and overbearing. Trying to leave tips was a nightmare. We will not be back, which is too bad.

I had originally added this place to tripadvisor because I thought other people should know about how great the deal on groupon really was. Well, the last two times I've been to Phoenix have been horrible. Time #1 of those two, I received a massage on a table with no padding whatsoever. I think it was some sort of procedure room and when on my front, I kept sliding all around the table. My masseuse didn't put enough pressure on anything until he got to the arches of my feet. I had to tell him multiple times that I was in pain. When he finally worked on my back, which is what I had initially said I wanted him to focus on, the smell from his stinky shoes was so overpowering that I felt nauseated. I ended up bailing on the rest of the day's appointments because of this bad experience. I did pay, and was given a "free" day to come back. However, since I paid for all the services ahead of time, this wasn't really a chance to make up for it. Time #2- I went with a friend recently. Her masseuse didn't show up to work, so she sat for an hour while my massage took place. She also paid for our package, and they gave her a "free" coupon to come back. Again, if you want to make it up to someone, this should not involve them paying the initial time. This is really poor customer service especially since some of us make it a day trip to get here... It's not like we all live right around the corner. This place has really started to go downhill with its staff and I now can't imagine recommending it to anyone anymore.

I had an appointment on a Saturday morning for a spa manicure and a spa pedicure. I was taken right away and didn't have to wait, which was nice. The salon was busy at 10am. Everyone was friendly and nice and I was offered something to drink several times. A different person did my manicure and pedicure, both were pleasant. The 3 pedicure chairs had nice massage chairs. But they were in plain view of the salon. If you are looking for a relaxing, tranquil, secluded spa experience this is not for you. This is the first time I had a "spa" manicure/pedicure. Here it means rubbing an exfoliating cream on hands/arms and feet/legs and wrapping them in a plastic wrap and putting a warm towel over them. Which sounds wonderful. The problem was, neither the towel on my arms or legs were hot or even warm. And they were only left on for a minute or 2 at the most- not very relaxing or even pleasant. I always enjoy the massage that comes with a mani/pedi yet the massages were nonexistent. Also, be aware that there is an additional charge to remove gel polish.

Ok -- so we purchased Groupons to check out this place. The price was good for the groupon and actually upon review of their spa menu -- the everyday price was pretty good as well. It really doesnt feel like a spa to us -- we do SO MANY upscale spa's and this one wasnt one of the top by any means. It is a salon that has some spa services. They cram you into a dinky waiting area and they shuffle you off yo your EXTREMLY SMALL ROOM. They should cut back on the number of rooms and make the rooms more comfortable. My hubby had a better room than I did and he said it was ok aside from not much space to put your clothes and such. as far as mine -- SHAMEFUL. They put me in a room that has some surgical looking equipment. It was very NO RELAZING !!! One tiny stool t put my handbag and clothes and a scrunchie amount of room to change. My poor massage therapist kept bumping into stuff because it was so cramped and no room to move. My guy only did one side -- he said I had to pick face down or face up. Huh ??? Ok -- never experienced it but he was very nice! They should elimanate that room for massages. Absolutely ridiculous to think someone could relax in there -- management should give it a try! Other than that -- avergae -- nothing fancy and definately not "spa feeling." Great with a Groupon but I dont think we will go back.

Just need that one word to describe this place... They often have groupons available for spa packages, hair cuts or mani/ pedis. Definitely take advantage of those because they can save you a decent amount of money. The staff is great and they are always very busy. Definitely call ahead and make your appointment. Also, it's located in a shopping center with a lot of other shopping and a couple restaurants.
