Stopped in to eat at Maggie's Diner in Madrid, NM, which is the site where the fight scene took place in the movie Wild Hogs. Found out it is a T-Shirt and souvenir shop and does not serve food. Was a little disappointed about it not being a diner but the souvenirs were great. Store staff was very friendly and the atmosphere of being on the old Movie Set was cool. The entire town is worth the visit as almost every building on State Road 14 in Madrid is a store of some sort from Art Galleries to souvenir shops, to photo booths and the Cafés and Bar. Will be making a return trip to spend some extra time there.

This place had the best service in Town, delicious fast food. very southwestern. Posters from the movie wild hogs are everywhere, and it is very hard to miss. I will definitely come back. If you are driving by Madrid, NM. Stop by!

Maggie’s diner was part of the movie set for Wild Hogs. Today outside still looks like it did in the movie. It’s pretty cool to see and have a photo taken out front. But that's it. Inside it’s not easily obvious that it was used as a diner in the movie (and yes we’d known prior that today it is not used as a diner). There is stuff piled all over the place and you soon realise it’s just another shop selling overpriced souvenirs and the likes. Some of it is neat but most just trashy. The person in the store did not greet us in any way, nor speak to us. No information in terms of the making of the movie or the set. Yes, we could have asked but to be honest almost felt like we were intruding. If you are going that way, then stop in but don’t make a special trip. Overall it was disappointing because this place has the potential to be so much more than another souvenir shop.

The diner is a shell of a building made specially for the movie. There's no running water or anything. It's a souvenir shop now. It's kinda cool if you've seen the movie. It's in the heart of an old mining town turned artsy town. The art scene isn't my thing but there's plenty to see. There's a free photo op yard near by. One of the oldest baseball parks is just north of the "Diner". And Route 14 isn't a famous byway for no reason.

Neat place to visit if you enjoyed the movie "Wild Hogs". Take a picture or two; sit on the front porch. Beautiful ride on the Turquoise Trail (motorcycle). We stayed in town for the night. Met some very friendly people. Would go through again when in the area.

Exactly as I remember it from the movie. Great to see it in person.a good movie and a quaint small mining town to go with it. I recommend you go if in the vicinity ...

We traveled the Turquoise Trail from Santa Fe back to Albuquerque and stopped in Madrid, NM. Maggie's Diner is, ofcourse, where the Wild Hogs filmed their movie. Maggie's itself is a T-shirt shop but very cute! This was once a coal mining town and has a few shops and galleries. The Jezebel Galleries - I thoroughly enjoyed!!! They sold the best shakes (I had Cream de Menthe) and not only had some fine art but some beautiful jewelry! Worth the trip!

I thought it would have some memorabilia other than t-shirts. Would have been nice to see some scenes from the movie.

Sign in front tells you: "Not a diner." This was used in filming of Wild Hogs. Now every surface is covered with trashy t-shirts and shorts for sale.

Not much to see. They could do so much more with this shop, but have chosen to sell cheap overpriced junk

It was a cute gift shop, with much of the usual items. It would have been nice to have a coffee bar. Staff was friendly.

If you saw the movie, it's interesting to visit, if it's open. Considering the town and other shops, this isn't a destination store by any means. I live relatively nearby and often take visitors to Madrid. Most of the times when we've gone in the store, whoever was there paid no attention to us whatsoever and barely spoke to us even when we bought something. Taking your pictures outside is good enough.

I liked this movie and wanted to see this. Remember - it's not a diner - no food served. That was part of the set. Inside they sell T shirts and things that would appeal to Harley Motorcycle riders. I would not bring young kids in there as some of the patches to sew on vests etc, are rated "R". Neat to see the set though.

This was the diner featured on the movie "Wild Hogs"It is no longer a diner, it is a souvenir shop....but not a very good one.No one seemed to want to talk to you or help you. I bought a magnet but it was like pulling teeth getting help. I would not bother going inside. I would only take the picture outside and move on!

Liked looking at the diner used for the movie Wild Hogs, posters, etc. Didn't have the shirt I wanted in my size.
