the national vietnam war museum

Amazing place to take young children to teach them about our countries history. The gentleman who worked there was very helpful in explaining things to my son and letting him explore. Highly recommended to anyone.

Very nice alot of memeories were brought up again. Really enjoyed the hard work they have done worth going and visiting.

The National Vietnam War Museum is a small unique collections of artifacts covering the helicopter pilot training program and other operations at Wolters Air Force Base in nearby Mineral Wells. There is not a fee to visit the collection or the garden area located next door. The gardens are maintained by a local group of Master Gardeners and community volunteers. If you were in the service during the Vietnam Conflict, you will appreciate the collection and be able to have a quite moment in the gardens. The museum operates on donations and your comments and donations are appreciated.
