Great late night specials and clean lanes. Has a small bar and some pool tables. Friendly staff. Great for small parties.

We recently had my daughter's birthday party. She was turning 50 and it was a surprise so I wanted it to be special. We had reserved two lanes 6 weeks prior and had placed a $20 deposit down. We were told it included two lanes, bowling shoes, balls, pitcher of soft drink, and a large pizza for $59.00. We were going to have it at City View Bowling Lanes and we were going to get basically the same thing but 2 pizzas and 2 pitchers of soft drinks for $63. Watauga was closer so we went with them. Bad mistake. When we arrived to pay the balance, i noticed the receipt didn't mention the pizza. We had to get the mgr. and explain to him what we were told when we reserved the lanes. He finally agreed after some persuading from my boyfriend. We had to keep changing lanes. Having someone to fix the lanes.Long story short, we spent more time having someone to take care of the lanes than we wanted. I ordered 2 pizzas. Cheese and pepperoni. We got the cheese. The pepperoni was given to someone else after being told it would be about 5 minutes and someone would bring it. Prices are outrageous! We were going to do summer league but not now. I would rather travel the extra miles and get decent service. If you're like me, you don't like to be promised one thing and then do something else.
