    Are you kidding? We just paid $56.00 for six people to bowl for one hour. So not worth it. This place is not that cool or unique. At least we got in before 11:30 AM so it's not crowded. I bet it's going to be unbearable in about an hour... By then we'll be gone.

    If you go here during the early afternoon then it is possible to enjoy the place as it is very much like any other Main Event. However, at night or weekends expect the worst demographics of children possible for anything enjoyable. This atmosphere then leads the staff and employees to hate being there as well aka worst service ever. We stick to the Main Event in Katy. Maybe there are just better parents or at least more attentive ones in that area.

    we went here for the first time and went in for bowling. The rep charged us and wasnt even courteous enough to breakdown the charges. It was pretty expensive compared to other places we went to. No chances of being back here again.

    I wish you could give negative stars. Our waiter Mike took a sip of the drink he was bringing to our party. He didn't noticed we moved from the bowling area to the laser tag. There is a huge window you can see into kitchen, so we watched him drink the soda then attempt to bring it to us. Ben a manger voided our drinks but I will call to talk to the general manager. No one should have to worry about getting sick or worst from "family friendly establishment". I will not return and if you value your health you won't either.

    I can’t complain about the entire experience at Main Event Stafford, TX but I will point out a very rude individual at Main Event. On Saturday July 26th my family and I were there celebrating my daughters’ 7th birthday. At the end of the evening we decided to do the bowling portion. We rented our shoes and as we played we noticed that we were missing about 20 min of our hour. I proceeded to the counter where I explained the issue to a young lady who grabbed a manager who then in turn switched me to another sales associate. This I thought was inappropriate. I was asked to wait. I found it very unprofessional of the manager to not deal with the situation but to pawn me off on a lower level associate.As I waited the time continued to tick I stated as I am sitting here waiting my time is still running. I watched as the manager mouthed “I told him he needs to deal with it”. Now this was more than unprofessional. The him that she was referring to was a sales associate by the name of William. William decides that his way of dealing with it would be to yell at me in front of other customers. I immediately shut that down and asked for a manager. Mind you there were two managers standing at the counter at this time and neither of them offered any assistance. As myself and my sister request another manager William proceeds to yell and then tosses his hand up saying they will deal with you later, no eye contact just utter disrespect. Finally another manager from the back had to come out. When Nathan (the manager) came out we explained the situation to him. I am not sure why the other two managers couldn’t deal with the issue and this gentleman had to be called from the back or from another area, but I was happy when he was. Of course at this time William is still talking while he is assisting other customers saying “I don’t care she pissed me off” “My name is William”. He is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL. As one of the other associate tries to calm him down as by this time the whole entire line of customers are listening and watching him yell back at us as we are speaking with Nathan he turns to her and again stating “she just pissed me off”. Through all of that Nathan was kind enough to add 45 min to our game. I really appreciate Nathan’s professionalism as well as his swift resolution to the problem without hesitation.William was not only disrespectful, but he was rude, unprofessional and should be fired as he has no idea how to work in customer service. From the yelling at me as if I was a child before even allowing me to ask what happened, to the continuous yelling in front of other customers, to finally putting on a show he has no concept of customer service let alone proper etiquette.

    The service was horrible and the workers were sitting around doing nothing. I never want to come here again.

    We attended for a boy's party. The facility was extremely busy with people of all ages. They do seem to have a nice bar for adults. Our party bowled and played laser tag. I was surprised to see employee's standing around but not taking orders at the bowling as I imagine they could make a killing off drinks and food at the bowling lanes. The kids enjoyed the party. They did have 2 security guards at the front door but feel they could oversee the entire facility and parking lot better...as it got later, many people hanging out in the parking lot. I would go back during the day as it seems to get overcrowded at night.
