My company and I have our spring league here, and the staff has always been super helpful. I have also played here on the weekend, and the all-inclusive is a pretty good deal given the quality of the course.Star Ranch is a course that is not punishing, but still requires some shot making on some of the holes. If you are in the North Austin area, it's worth making the drive up to Hutto to play Star.

I have been here twice as part of a charity golf tournament, and found the facilities, staff, and setting to be above average on both trips. The pro-shop and bar are both well-stocked, the food is good, and the layout and setting of the course make for a lovely morning.

For a senior rate 18 holes of golf comes with breakfast, lunch and golf cart. The course is well maintained.

My favorite golf course in the area. The All You Can Package is a good value. It includes breakfast, lunch, range balls, 18 holes of golf with a cart, and replays if space is available. The course itself is a very pleasant, very playable par 71 with little water, some elevation changes, and generous fairways. But be warned, the wind is always blowing!. The practice facility is top notch and so is the golf.

The people working at this place were very friendly. Pace seemed slow but was not too bad. Wide open with some deceptive traps and distances ... two of the par fives are reachable from the back tees! We finished the last two holes in the dark and nobody game and removed us from the course. What can i say, Texans are down right pleasant people.
