augustine golf club

Played 3 courses in area recently all had their merits but this was the best visually with the layout in the main visible from tee. Greens run true and fast especially for time of year. Fairways etc in good nick and of a decent width. Well worth a visit.

Great course, nice layout... had a lot of fun playing the course, staff members were great and friendly. Only lost one ball, but an interesting layout for the course. I will be back!

the golf course had some great holes, just awesome to observe from the tee box. course is coming back nicely after being mismanaged for a number of years. greens still a year or two from being completely healthy. the staff was pleasant and helpful especially the tee starter.

The course has a very nice layout and the conditions are very good. They have put a lot of work into the course within the last year. It is a little pricey however but they do run some good deals on Golf now. If you are in the area I would recommend trying to play a round at the course.

This is my husband's favorite golf course in the local area. The new owners have a wonderful job to bring the golf course back to its original glory. White sand bunkers, beautifully manicured greens - the whole works. I highly recommend going out for a round of golf with your buddies, but be sure to call ahead to reserve your tee time as this course fills up quickly and stays busy for much of the day.

This course is well on its way back . Use to be one of the top course in the state but do to the economy and previous ownership , fell into disrepair. New ownership { Raspberry Falls Group} closed the course for a year and spent a lot of money to bring it back and have done a good job. Right now it is a little on the pricey side for its current condition{ which is very good but not excellent} but is worth the money on an occasional basis. Very challenging course and beautiful. Staff very friendly and the club house food is very reasonable and good for that after round food and libations.....Wait staff very friendly and the atmosphere with TVs and outside seating should you choose is great overlooking the 18th green.

In my quest to play every course in the area, this course was definitely near the top of my list. Very high quality course for a great price point through GolfNow. Excellent facilities and a challenging layout. Fairways and bunkers are in great shape. All the greens save one were beautiful as well but they can obviously use players who repair their ball marks.

My son did a Junior PGA tournament here this week. The course is beautiful and in excellent shape. Wide fairways. Not too tough.

First time back playing in over three years. The course and clubhouse staffs are really trying hard to get the course back into premium playing conditions. The fairways and greens are in great shape. The sand traps could use some tightening up along the edges to give them cleaner cuts. The driving range still has mats and grass, with yardage to the sticks true to the center of the mats. The only real issue would be the tee boxes, which could use more over-seeding and care. Some are so-so, some fine, and some hard to find an even footing. The prices are fair, but not on this years VGSA Players Card List of courses. The starters and on-course rangers kept things moving and were pleasent to chat with. I very much look forward to playing there again a lot more this year vice playing the Gauntlet Golf Club (which is always slow playing) - no joke!

Course is really starting to get into nice shape since the new ownership took over. it has a nice layout that is very fair yet challenging to all skill level of players.
