My husband is working a contract in Richmond, VA so we were looking online for candy stores. We lucked up finding this place and have been going back everytime I am in Richmond. The fudge is awesome. It is hard to find really good fudge but this place has so many great flavors it is hard to decide. There is a praline fudge that has a thick layer of caramel through the middle. Oh my gosh!! It is unreal good. The maple nut is great too. We have tried quite a few flavors and while these two are our favorites so far, they have all been exceptionally good. This store also has Jelly Bellies in probably every flavor. They have more flavors than I have found anywhere else. They have old timey candy as well as tubes of Moravian cookies. If you plan to go here during a holiday weekend be sure to call first. They have been closed a few times that we have tried to visit. It is well worth stopping by here. You can't go wrong!

We recently went to Sycamore Square in the Village of Midlothian to do some Christmas shopping and discovered an amazing little candy/fudge shop - Tricia's Sweets & Treats. An incredible array of home-made fudge, what seems like a hundred kinds of Jelly-Belly, and a very cool selection of retro Candy (think Skybar, Mallo Cup, Wonka Bars, and Necco Wafers), as well as a friendly & knowledgeable owner, make this well worth the trip . The open, welcoming atmosphere is proof that you don't have to endure scarce parking & claustrophobia for the Love of Chocolate.
