Yes, it's a small museum but it has so much to offer in Coca-Cola's rich history. Be sure to check out the slogans of each Coca-Cola advertising campaign and look up -- the walls are also covered in history. My favourite was Coke's advertising strategy "pleasant images of pleasant people doing pleasant things". It's an inexpensive trip and will only set you back about 1 hour but it's well worth it. (Be sure to check the side of the building where there is an old Coca-Cola ad painted on the wall.)

What better way to spend a rainy day than in a museum. The museum itself is very small however for $3.50 it's worth seeing. Didn't know that this is where Coca Cola was first bottled. Very interesting story and lots and lots of memorabilia. If you have a hour to kill, check it out.

While this place is nothing like the World of Coca Cola, the fact that this was the very fist place that Coke was bottled is really cool. They have a small museum with a variety of Coke advertising and even an old soda fountain. Unlike Atlanta, you will not pay $20 admission but rather a couple of dollars per person. Don't pass up the chance to own a rare bottle stamped with Vicksburg or perhaps a different town on the bottom of the bottle. While the World of Coca Cola is a fun experience, this place truly take you back to a simpler time.

There isn't much to see in Vicksburg after you've done the Civil War circuit, and if you visit during a downpour like the day we arrived you are quickly searching for something indoors to fill a little bit of time. The Biedenharn Coca-Cola Museum is what it is - a very small museum full of old Cola-Cola advertisements and a few exhibits on the soda fountain where a Mississippi man first decided to put Coke into bottles (rather than just selling it at a fountain). It will take no more than 20 minutes or so to see everything in the museum, but it is still a good deal given the very small entrance fee. They also have a rather eclectic gift shop including commemorative Coke bottles of all sorts. You probably won't be blown away by the museum, but you won't feel ripped off, either. And sometimes it's nice to get off the beaten path.

Interesting step-into-the-past Coca Cola soda fountain and museum. It is worth 5-10 minutes to see the soda fountain area for free. Unless you are really into Coca Cola memorabilia and history, I'm not sure the museum is worth the admission.

this is a very limited museum at best. go see it because it has a low price and a very nice lady running it. old advertising and an old soda fountain[not in operation] is about all there is. a big store of coke items, if you are looking for that.

A must see when coming through Vicksburg. Friendly staff knowledge of the museum! Would go back and see all the stuff they have!

Lots of interesting memorabilia concerning coca-cola and the first bottling done here. I learned many things I didn't know (Did you know that Sprite was named after those elf-like creatures? I never made that connection!)and there is an actual soda fountain. Well worth the small entry fee.

Enjoyed the Coca Cola museum tour. It is a self-guided tour that only takes about 15 minutes. Very cool Coca Cola memorabilia and a set up of the way it used to be processed into bottles. There's a cool old soda fountain at the end of the tour. The lady attending the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we asked questions regarding the town and other attractions. Not a huge museum, but it was worth the $3.50 ticket.

Atlanta may be the center of the Coke world but Vicksburg is the place that made it more readily available by taking it from the soda fountain to the bottle. This is the best Coke museum there is outside of Atlanta. Lots of old advertising, bottles and memorabilia.

Interesting museum in an interesting town with a lot of history. We learned a little bit of the history of Coca Cola. Museum is in an old downtown building, so you must watch your footing. The men's restroom has an old-time pull chain toilet.

Not much to this museum unless you are into Coca Cola history, it is a Coca Cola Museum after all. The Biederham story is interesting. The soda fountain display was truly a disappointment. The location in downtown Vicksburg makes it easy to access and the fee is minimal.

It was very small, and not well displayed. The soda fountain display, could have had more to it. Unless you are a true Coca-cola nut or boarded , not worth seeing.

If your a Coke addict like my wife and I, you have to stop by and visit the Coke museum. It gives the history of Coke and the biedenharn's, with a short tour of the old plant. Well worth the time to stop and enjoy this historic site in downtown Vicksburg, Ms.
