The friendliness of the staff just can't be beat. The rooms were comfortable ad the golf course is well maintained. This is a nice place to just get away from the biloxi casino crowds.

Really nice course in Ocean Springs, which is just a few miles from the hotels in Biloxi. Very nice layout, fast pace of play and a lot of fun. Nice staff and helpful, good value. lots of up and down hills and water.

I stayed, with my family, at Gulf Hills as a child and enjoyed it. Recently returned but was not impressed. Gulf Hills is coasting on a former reputation as a high-end resort. Compared even to mid-grade hotel rooms (e.g., at casinos in Biloxi), the rooms are a bit faded and not well maintained. Problems: tattered bathroom rug; 2 lamps not working; cheap, rough linens; no views (one side=parking lot, the other=wooded bayou), no amenities (no pool in winter, no gym, no walking trail). Some staff friendly (esp. "Laurie"), some surly. As a hospitality professional, I felt this was a property which had once had high standards but has fallen into the hands of inattentive management. It retains its charm as an oasis of quiet in a bustling tourist area, but unless it addresses quality of stay issues, it appears to be on the decline.I do not golf, so maybe those who go for the golfing might forgive the accommodation shortcomings more readily.

Went there to play after reading the reviews in trip advisor. We thought $50/round was too much for this course. We did not find it exceptional. We wouldn't advise anyone to go out of their way to play there.

Nice, for someone who isn't into golf. I went for job reasons, but it is right on the water and has beautiful grounds.

I play the course this past weekend. It is in fantastic shape. The whole course and scenery are beautiful. Go play there and see for yourself.

This used to be where Elvis lived during the summer. The golf course can't be beat for the price and overall quality!

A quick place to get a few hole in but nothing like the casino courses, choose any of the courses linked in with the casions and you want be disappointed

The weekend price with a cart was very reasonable. And for that price you wouldn't expect the course to be as nice as it is. There are a couple of short par 4's that are good for the ego, but there are a couple of really fun and challenging holes as well. The only negative that I could say was that, on the day I went, play was a bit slow and I really didn't see anyone out enforcing a reasonable pace. Other than that, it was very enjoyable. I will return...

I stayed two nights here last Spring and really enjoyed it. It sort of felt like staying in the guest room of my grandmothers house, and felt very comfortable. Great and friendly staff and peaceful and quiet.
