If you're after just an OK experience, the Roadhouse is your place! The decor is dark and dingy, and there was a horrible musty old smell as soon as you walked in. The slots were very old, and there were not a lot of newer games.

My friends and I went to this casino and ordered a drink at a slot machine we finally going to drink after 20 minutes and the waitress was very rude I tipped her and she didn't even say thank not even a smile. Okay that's fine maybe she's just having a bad night so we came back the next night. we ordered a drink and another waitress came up, again very unhappy and bad service no smile, no thank you nothing. So we decide to go and play bags that they had set up there we had a great time and talked to the wonderful security guard who was very friendly. Then last night we came again give it another try and we got a wonderful waitress She was quick to give us our drink and said thank you when we tipped her. Then all of a sudden our drinks very slow again and the other waitress from the night before came and gave us our drinks again in a very bad mood she canceled out my friends drink and didn't even give him one he had a tip in hand and everything but she just walked away and didn't say anything. Then I ordered a drink on the machine and my friend got hers and I still didn't get mine so I waited and played and waited and waited still nothing. I then looked at the machine and I saw that my drink was canceled this is the last straw so we went and complained to the manager and we got a drink but after all that experience we decided not to come back. I love the atmosphere of this casino I just wish that the service was a lot better because I would love to come back.

I really enjoyed the gaming and overnight stay we booked for our King Suite. Yes, it is very "Vegas" styling, however, our room was quiet, clean, well kept and ready upon check in. I really wish that Ceasars Entertainment would do stay promotions for food or drink during your stay like the many surrounding casino/hotels. That is my only complaint about our stay.

Checked out the Roadhouse and played a few slots in their casino. Enjoyed it very much, really liked the atmosphere of the place.

Spent a short time gambling here and was not impressed. When it was the Sheraton it was a nice place with incredible rooms and service. Now the casino has a worn out western atmosphere and it is dark and gloomy with unfriendly employees. There were very few players here while at the same time the Horseshoe and Goldstrike were packed. I did fairly well here but I wonder how much longer the Roadhouse will be around?? It need a major refurbishment and employee attitude adjustments.Don't think I will return on my next Tunica visit.

I liked the slot selection very much and the atmosphere is very...relaxed. In fact, it's so relaxed you'll rarely see an employee. Bring your own drink to wet your whistle because the convenient slot orderring feature is completely negated by the 30-45 minute wait. When the mystical as a unicorn server does appear, they are not happy to see you. I'm really not sure what's going on with the staff, but as I mentioned, the slot selection is very good!

Enjoyed the atomshpere in casino. Slot machines seem to pay better than Horseshoe casino. I place to have fun without the large crowded casinos around it

This place just looks like a beaten down joint. Sitting next to the gold strike and horseshoe, this place has no lights to attract you to it, a small! Casino and just doesn't look inviting or enjoyable to be at. So surprised to hear they closed harrahs and left this place open as a Caesars resort. Seems like a poor decision to me.

We love roadhouse. The dealers are so friendly. The cocktail waitresses are very accommodating. Only complaint is not enough tables are open.

Ok casino, pretty small with limited slot machines and table games...Lost my attention in this casino pretty fast because there was not a lot to do.

Went on a junket for a few days. walked across from the horse shoe, being they are both Harrahs property's. .i would hope it is a work in progress. Where the heck is the rest of the casino? Walked through on about a minute, although they have SOME newer machines, it's just too small.

The casino was nothing special. It was rather small. It was clean and the people were friendly. I don't know how much you have to lose in order to get anything comped but it must be a lot because I lost quite a bit and didn't even qualify for a key chain after 3 days.

They really did a nice job redoing this casion, especially the video poker area (nicest in all of Tunica). The casino is generally quiet, with machines laid out very nicely (and alot of new ones). The slot folks are really on top of it and housekeeping keeps the machines very clean (they are talkative too).

The only thing I really liked was the fact that there was hardly anyone there and it does feel like a smoky bar I'd go to. But there is a reason. The machines are super tight and old. Not a lot of table games. Service for drinks was terrible too. You could leave your spot, go get a drink, and not lose your spot. The mechanical bull helps but does not save this place

Had fun with the slots. Didn't win a lot but they allow you enough winnings to spend several hours gambling.
