Very well kept and friendly staff-maintenance does a great job on the greens. Their prices are very competitive and worth the game.

My dad and I played 18 holes at Cracklewood this past weekend. The course is fairly interesting in its layout, with plenty of bunkers to avoid and challenging water hazards. Half of the course is wooded and the other half is out in the open, which keeps the course from becoming boring. Sadly, the course really needs some TLC. The rough was so high that losing balls was very easy. Often, we had to be right on top of our ball to see it, even if only a foot off the fairway. The greens are in really rough shape. They are less grassy and more compacted sand, and had been so heavily aerated that our putts were bouncing around as though on a pegboard. The price for 18 holes with cart on a Saturday was $40. Bello Woods is cheaper and that course is in better shape, so I'm not quite sold on the value for the money here. The staff were friendly and the facilities were nice. I would probably golf here again, but it would not be my first choice of courses in the Macomb area. With a little upkeep on the course, it could be a great place to golf.

have been to their driving range numerous times. price is reasonable ($5 for small bucket, $8 for large bucket). I must say the range balls need to be rotated as many have serious cuts and some were even falling apart. The staff has always been friendly. The range itself is just OK. Toward the end of the season the grass is gone but that is to be expected.

Small place with a little outside seating area. The people were friendly. Reasonable golf rates. Not a bad course.

We played in a charity outing a couple weeks ago with another couple, was having a fun time (foursome behind us was not even close to us). At the turn the manager approached us and told us, we must play a lot faster, and we don't even have a chance to win! (I thought this was a charity scramble, not a championship). Then for the next 3 holes the ranger stayed right with us, and even said I don't care how you play - but we need to play much faster - we were only 1 over par (as two couples) at that time. I actually liked the course, as this was my first time there, but based on the unprofessional staff, I will NEVER golf there again. They took a fun (and expensive day) and made it one of the least enjoyable rounds of golf EVER.p.s. as we finished (and our foursome was one of the early ones back in the clubhouse), we noticed they had another outing ready to go - I think they fully booked and possibly overbooked this course.

The overall course is decent. You pay 25$ for 9 holes and a cart. The holes typically have puddles and are very wet due to elevation. The Staffing at this place is extremely rude and unprofessional. My Son is on the golf team and they are constantly rude to him and his fellow teammates. All Student golfers are "supposed" to receive free small buckets of balls to practice with and free golf if open times are available. On the other hand, the Staffing is always saying something rude to my son and his fellow teammates. Things such as "We give you enough free stuff, you don't need anything else" and refusing to give them any range or golf time, even when nobody is out. This has been a issue for the longest time. The staff becomes very rude when you take your kids out to this course. It makes you feel like burden to teach your kids how to golf. Lastly the food is overpriced and honestly not worth the money. In my opinion, Bellow woods is a better course to play at. For 20$ you can play 18 holes and get a cart. The staffing is friendly and helpful and they don't make you feel like you're a burden for coming to their course. Overall the course is lacking in many areas.

Been a long time since I hit, and while I didn't score real well, the course was in excellent condition. Trees and bunkers are plentiful, but reasonable. You can still play a good round without hitting all the fairways

Even though it rained we still really enjoyed this course. It is pretty wide open so i didnt lose to many balls. I went through anytimegolfer.com and got a sweet deal.
